The Role:            

Elevate K-12 is looking for an experience-driven and detail-oriented Demand Generation Marketing Manager to support the execution of our lead generation engineIn this role you’ll play a critical part in defining how Elevate K-12 generates awareness and interest from prospective partners. Reporting to our Senior Manager of Content Marketing, you’ll own all demand generation campaigns, our website and all marketing metrics trackingYou’ll collaborate closely with teams across Sales, Marketing, and Leadership to deeply understand our School District audience and ensure that our lead generation efforts deliver measurable impact.   
   

 

What you will do: 

  • Set the goals and strategy for demand generation 
  • Create and execute all demand gen campaigns, including messaging, channels and target audience 
  • Channel strategy unique to the education space, including digital, webinars, email, print and trade publications 
  • Ensure all inbound and nurtured leads are properly routed to Sales for close 
  • Budget management / ROI of marketing spend  
  • Manage the Elevate K-12 website, including the structure and content 

 

Qualifications: 

  • 4+ years of experience in demand generation in the B2B space (with a Sales team) 
  • Understanding of the Education industry and its unique buyer personas (or strong willingness to learn) 
  • Proven track record of executing successful campaigns to generate potential buyer interest 
  • Ability to manage a Wordpress site and execute medium-sized structural improvements 
  • Experience with managing a six-figure marketing budget and explaining spend and ROI in weekly and monthly reports 
  • Expertise with digital advertising platforms such as LinkedIn, Meta and Google 
  • Strong project management skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple events simultaneously.  
  • Exceptional collaboration skills to work cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, and Leadership teams.  
  • Willingness to travel up to 10% (to meet with internal teams)
