Senior Demand Gen Marketing Manager 

Location: Orlando FL or Remote
Reports To: VP of Sales
Salary Range: $110,000-$120,000 with bonus potential

Position Overview

We are seeking a results-driven, data-oriented Marketing Manager to drive and execute marketing strategy in alignment with sales objectives. This role reports directly to the VP of Sales and plays a critical role in generating top-of-funnel leads, increasing pipeline growth, and supporting revenue expansion.

The ideal candidate is a strong executor who can balance strategy and hands-on implementation, collaborate closely with sales, and manage multiple marketing initiatives simultaneously.

Key Responsibilities

Demand Generation & Pipeline Growth

  • Develop and execute marketing campaigns to generate top-of-funnel leads and drive pipeline growth
  • Support and optimize lead nurturing strategies aligned with the sales funnel
  • Partner closely with the VP of Sales and sales team to align marketing efforts with revenue goals
  • Implement and manage Account-Based Marketing (ABM) initiatives targeting high-value prospects

Content & Brand Development

  • Manage website updates and CMS optimization
  • Create and oversee content development including:
  • Case studies
  • Blog posts
  • Webinars
  • Events (virtual and in-person)
  • Sales enablement materials
  • Ensure consistent messaging across marketing channels

Marketing Technology & Analytics

  • Manage and optimize CRM and marketing automation platforms (Salesforce or HubSpot preferred)
  • Utilize ABM tools (Apollo preferred) to identify and engage target accounts
  • Track, measure, and report on campaign performance
  • Analyze data and make performance-based optimizations to improve ROI
  • Build dashboards and reporting to provide visibility into marketing impact on pipeline

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with the sales team to support pipeline development and opportunity progression
  • Align messaging and targeting strategies with sales priorities
  • Support trade shows, partner events, and industry marketing initiatives

Qualifications

Required

  • 3–6 years of B2B marketing experience
  • Proven experience generating top-of-funnel leads and driving pipeline growth
  • Experience collaborating closely with a sales team and supporting a sales funnel
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously
  • Data-driven mindset with demonstrated ability to analyze performance metrics and optimize campaigns
  • Experience with CRM and/or marketing automation platforms (Salesforce or HubSpot preferred)

Preferred

  • Experience with Account-Based Marketing (ABM) strategies and tools (Apollo preferred)
  • Experience managing website content and CMS platforms
  • Experience developing case studies, webinars, and event marketing campaigns
  • ERP industry knowledge or exposure to Sage and/or Acumatica
