Summary

As the Demand Generation Manager, you will be a key leader in driving marketing excellence and innovation within our leading FinTech company. Operating at the intersection of strategy and execution, you will oversee Demand Generation operations and drive initiatives to support business growth. This remote position offers a unique opportunity to shape the future of our marketing function, contributing to our mission of transforming the financial industry.

Reporting directly to our VP of Marketing, you will be an innovative and creative problem solver with a head for demand generation and content who can effectively execute in a fast-past, dynamic, and demanding start-up environment. The Demand Generation Manager must have proven skills identifying opportunities and delivering results in lead generation, content marketing, and email marketing. They must also be adept in both digital and traditional marketing and be highly skilled in verbal and visual communications. The successful candidate is a team player who thrives in a fast-paced, growing company and energetically embraces the challenges of the B2B SaaS marketplace.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create and execute marketing campaigns, including email marketing, nurture campaigns, sales sequences, and list management across all channels, including webinars and events.
  • Establish calendar of marketing campaigns targeting defined prospect profiles to triple our website, social, and landing page visits, generating a scaling number of MQLs and SALs per month. Report on ROI and effectiveness of each activity.
  • Create and distribute monthly newsletters for prospects. Double our prospect newsletter mailing lists with quality prospects matching targeted profiles.
  • Refresh and optimize all web conversion points to ensure shortest path to engagement with Sales for appropriate leads.
  • Track and report on targeted list engagement, lead management, lifecycle stage progression, and opportunities generated.
  • Develop and schedule ABM Marketing campaigns for ABM targets monthly. Ensure all daily website visitor information is collected, sorted, reported, and acted upon.
  • Manage and create content for use on our website, in email, social posts and advertising. Content scope includes blogs, social posts, one-pagers, solution brochures and infographics.
  • Execute and project manage the approved demand generation strategy and execution plan (online and offline). Hands on execution of all moving parts.
  • Stay on top of industry market trends and developments to drive topics for content strategies – webinars, whitepapers, blog posts, etc.
  • Manage external resources and relationships to deliver marketing objectives.
  • Improve and document processes and how we implement our demand gen operations systems.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements e.g. CANN Spam, GDPR, CPAA
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent and relevant demand generation experience.
  • Expert knowledge of and experience owning and driving HubSpot Marketing Hub. Current HubSpot Certifications preferred.
  • Expert knowledge of email marketing, email copywriting and sequence building, list management, privacy protection regulatory requirements, workflow automation management.
  • Strong knowledge of ZoomInfo Marketing OS and email marketing best practices and privacy control protocols.
  • Able to set up Salesforce Marketing Campaigns and Salesforce Reports for tracking marketing influenced SALs, SQLs, and Opportunities.
  • Fintech or Payments email and/or content marketing experience preferred.
  • Strong leadership and management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Demonstrated track record of driving marketing excellence and efficiency.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

    Salary Range - $85,000 - $145,000 Base Salary + Equity
