- Manage a portfolio of affiliate and API-integrated demand partners running user acquisition campaigns on the Xsolla Offerwall, serving as their primary day-to-day point of contact.
- Support the onboarding of new affiliate and API partners, coordinating with technical and operations teams to ensure integrations are completed accurately and on schedule.
- Maintain accurate records of partner accounts, campaign configurations, and integration statuses in CRM and internal tracking tools.
- Monitor live campaigns across affiliate and API partners, flagging performance anomalies and working with internal teams to resolve discrepancies quickly.
- Assist partners with technical questions related to API documentation, tracking setup, postback configuration, and feed integration.
- Coordinate with the technical team to triage and resolve integration issues, acting as a clear communication bridge between partners and internal stakeholders.
- Review campaign data regularly using KPIs such as CPI, CTR, conversion rate, and install volume to identify issues and surface optimization opportunities.
- Prepare regular performance reports and campaign summaries for partners, translating data into clear, digestible updates.
- Support senior account managers in preparing business reviews, renewal materials, and growth presentations for key accounts.
- Respond to partner inquiries promptly and professionally, maintaining a high standard of service across all communications. Qualifications & Skills — Required
- 1–2 years of experience in account management, partner support, digital advertising operations, or a related field; AdTech, affiliate marketing, or mobile advertising experience preferred.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills — clear, concise, and professional in all partner-facing interactions.
- Comfortable working with campaign data and performance metrics such as CPI, CTR, install volume, and conversion rate, with the ability to spot trends, escalate issues, and summarize findings clearly.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail; able to manage multiple accounts and tasks simultaneously.
- Collaborative team player, comfortable working across product, operations, and technical teams.
- Proficient in Google Sheets or Excel for tracking and reporting.
- Exposure to affiliate networks, API integrations, or performance marketing platforms.
- Basic familiarity with API concepts, tracking links, postback URLs, and affiliate/performance integrations — you don't need to be an engineer, but comfort reading technical documentation is a plus.
- Experience with CRM tools such as Salesforce or HubSpot.
- A genuine interest in gaming, digital advertising, and the performance marketing ecosystem.
