As a Delivery Manager for the Web Experience (WebEx) team, you'll own how work is requested, prioritized, planned, and delivered across our web experience. You'll build the processes that help our Web Experience and Engineering teams focus on the highest-impact initiatives while balancing ongoing business needs. Partnering closely with Growth Marketing, Product Marketing, Events, Content, Brand, WebEx, and Web Engineering, you'll turn complex requests into clear requirements, actionable roadmaps, and predictable delivery. As a senior individual contributor, you'll have the opportunity to shape how teams collaborate, improve operational efficiency, and increase the impact of our web initiatives.

At Datadog, we place value in our office culture - the relationships and collaboration it builds and the creativity it brings to the table. We operate as a hybrid workplace to ensure our Datadogs can create a work-life harmony that best fits them.

What You’ll Do:

  • Own and continuously improve a centralized intake, planning, and scoping process for incoming Web team requests, creating clarity and consistency across stakeholders.
  • Lead sprint planning and prioritization based on business value, impact, and team capacity, balancing new initiatives with ongoing operational needs.
  • Translate cross-functional requests into actionable requirements, briefs, and project scopes that enable designers, content creators, and engineers to execute effectively.
  • Develop and maintain a two-quarter roadmap, refreshed each sprint, that provides visibility into priorities, dependencies, and delivery timelines.
  • Establish structured stakeholder review and approval workflows that streamline feedback, reduce rework, and keep projects moving forward.
  • Drive day-to-day delivery by monitoring throughput, identifying and resolving blockers, reducing dependencies, and incorporating AI-assisted workflows to improve team productivity.

Who You Are:

  • You have 10+ years of professional experience, including 6+ years in product, delivery, or program management, with significant experience supporting creative, web, or digital teams.
  • You have demonstrated experience building and scaling intake, prioritization, and delivery processes that drive adoption across cross-functional teams.
  • You can translate complex or ambiguous business needs into clear, actionable requirements and briefs that enable designers, content creators, and engineers to execute independently.
  • You communicate effectively with senior stakeholders, navigate competing priorities, and articulate tradeoffs using business value and impact.
  • You have hands-on experience with agile sprint planning and delivery tools such as Jira, Figma, and content management systems, and have applied AI-assisted workflows to improve efficiency.
  • You bring strong attention to detail, a data-driven approach to decision-making, and a commitment to accurate measurement, tracking, and reporting.

Datadog values people from all walks of life. We understand not everyone will meet all the above qualifications on day one. That's okay. If you’re passionate about technology and want to grow your skills, we encourage you to apply.

What you need to know about the Los Angeles Tech Scene

Los Angeles is a global leader in entertainment, so it’s no surprise that many of the biggest players in streaming, digital media and game development call the city home. But the city boasts plenty of non-entertainment innovation as well, with tech companies spanning verticals like AI, fintech, e-commerce and biotech. With major universities like Caltech, UCLA, USC and the nearby UC Irvine, the city has a steady supply of top-flight tech and engineering talent — not counting the graduates flocking to Los Angeles from across the world to enjoy its beaches, culture and year-round temperate climate.

Key Facts About Los Angeles Tech

  • Number of Tech Workers: 375,800; 5.5% of overall workforce (2024 CompTIA survey)
  • Major Tech Employers: Snap, Netflix, SpaceX, Disney, Google
  • Key Industries: Artificial intelligence, adtech, media, software, game development
  • Funding Landscape: $11.6 billion in venture capital funding in 2024 (Pitchbook)
  • Notable Investors: Strong Ventures, Fifth Wall, Upfront Ventures, Mucker Capital, Kittyhawk Ventures
  • Research Centers and Universities: California Institute of Technology, UCLA, University of Southern California, UC Irvine, Pepperdine, California Institute for Immunology and Immunotherapy, Center for Quantum Science and Engineering
