Delivery Manager, L2C Specialization

TechTorch | U.S. Remote | Full-Time

The Opportunity

At TechTorch, we're a bunch of non-conformists who believe the way technology consulting works today is fundamentally broken – and we've set out to redefine it. We combine the speed of a startup with the rigor demanded by the world's most sophisticated clients, delivering AI-powered solutions that create measurable impact. Our leadership team brings deep roots in top-tier consulting as well as operator experience at Fortune 500 companies such as Cisco and Nike. Bootstrapped and profitable, we are growing fast and we're just getting started.

We're looking for a Delivery Manager to own the design and delivery of Lead-to-Cash (L2C) engagements at this pivotal moment in our growth. You'll work directly with C-level executives at Private Equity backed companies, lead complex transformation programs, and drive measurable revenue growth and value creation while shaping how TechTorch delivers value to its clients.

We're scaling quickly, with significant growth opportunity for high performers, who will see an accelerated career trajectory and quickly increasing responsibilities across project delivery and commercial activities as we scale our business.

If you thrive on delivering real outcomes at the cutting edge of technology and are ready to do so at startup pace, this role is for you.

What You’ll Own

As the Delivery Manager, you will lead end-to-end delivery of complex Lead-to-Cash (L2C) transformations, including Lead-to-Order, CPQ (Configure, Price, Quote), deal management, and post-sale processes.

You’ll combine hands-on execution across CPQ, Sales, Pricing, Product, and Revenue Operations. You will be responsible for identifying business and technology gaps for clients, co-creating solutions with C-level executives, and ensuring the successful delivery of complex, large-scale strategy and consulting projects.

Key responsibilities

Client Delivery & Execution

  • Lead the design and delivery of core Lead-to-Cash transformation initiatives, driving strategy and execution across CPQ, pricing, quote-to-cash processes, and deal lifecycle management.
  • Oversee daily project delivery activities, leading onshore and offshore teams to ensure quality outcomes and on-time delivery
  • Plan and lead working sessions and workshops focused on product configuration models, pricing structures, deal workflows, and approval frameworks
  • Partner with client stakeholders across Sales, Pricing, Product Management, Revenue Operations, and IT to align processes, systems, and business objectives

AI & Product Ownership

  • Oversee the design and delivery of AI-driven L2C transformation initiatives, partnering with business and technology stakeholders to embed AI-agents and automation across CPQ, pricing, and revenue operations processes
  • Take on Product Owner responsibilities for custom AI-agents to ensure they are fit for purpose and effective in solving our clients’ business problems

Solution Design & Implementation

  • Define and design future-state L2C processes that support business models, including complex product configurations, services, and bundled offerings
  • Convert business requirements into functional specifications, user stories, and system configuration documentation to support solution implementation
  • Implement capabilities such as guided selling, pricing logic, discount controls, approval workflows, and margin transparency within Lead-to-Cash platforms
  • Ensure effective integration across the L2C technology ecosystem, including CPQ, CRM platforms, pricing engines, contract management systems, ERP, and order management tools

Team Leadership & Company Impact

  • Coach and mentor junior team members to accelerate their development and build the next generation of high-performing L2C practitioners
  • Support business development efforts by contributing to proposals, solution architecture, and the expansion of L2C consulting capabilities

Who Thrives Here

You’ve led complex, technology-enabled transformation programs from design through delivery and have hands on experience across Lead-to-Cash (L2C). You know how to navigate client organizations, align stakeholders across Sales, Pricing, and Revenue Operations, and translate business complexity into scalable solutions.

You're as comfortable leading a C-level workshop as you are rolling up your sleeves to get the work done, and you’re energized by building the next generation of talent. What you're looking for next is a place where cutting-edge technology and real career momentum go hand in hand.

Specifically, you bring:

  • 7+ years of experience supporting and leading complex, technology-enabled transformation and implementation initiatives (e.g., across Lead-to-Cash or Order-to-Cash), preferably with a top-tier consulting firm
  • Demonstrated exposure to front-office and customer-facing processes beyond traditional finance functions
  • Expertise across CPQ, pricing strategy, revenue operations, and deal lifecycle management
  • A passion for experimenting with new AI solutions and embedding them into traditional processes and workflows
  • A track record of delivering complex, technology-enabled programs in collaboration with senior client stakeholders
  • Experience leading project teams and developing junior practitioners

Experience that can accelerate your impact:

  • Prior experience as a Product Owner, designing and customizing technology solutions
  • Experience working with Private Equity-backed companies and/ or background in the technology/ software industry

What We Offer

  • A pivotal role in our growth story. You'll work on high-stakes engagements with direct impact on client outcomes and TechTorch's reputation in the market.
  • Direct access to leadership and real influence. You'll work closely with senior leadership and C-level client stakeholders from day one.
  • Accelerated career trajectory. We promote on impact, not tenure. Show us what you can deliver, and we’ll give you the scope to match.
  • High ownership and trust. We hire smart people and give them room to operate. You'll have autonomy to shape how engagements are run without unnecessary layers or bureaucracy.
  • A profitable, fast-growing company. Bootstrapped, financially disciplined, and scaling quickly – with real momentum behind the business.
  • Remote-first flexibility. Work where you are most productive.
  • Competitive compensation and benefits. Base compensation between $160,000–$180,000, depending on experience, with a competitive, performance-driven bonus and a comprehensive benefits package including health coverage and additional perks.

What you need to know about the Los Angeles Tech Scene

Los Angeles is a global leader in entertainment, so it’s no surprise that many of the biggest players in streaming, digital media and game development call the city home. But the city boasts plenty of non-entertainment innovation as well, with tech companies spanning verticals like AI, fintech, e-commerce and biotech. With major universities like Caltech, UCLA, USC and the nearby UC Irvine, the city has a steady supply of top-flight tech and engineering talent — not counting the graduates flocking to Los Angeles from across the world to enjoy its beaches, culture and year-round temperate climate.

Key Facts About Los Angeles Tech

  • Number of Tech Workers: 375,800; 5.5% of overall workforce (2024 CompTIA survey)
  • Major Tech Employers: Snap, Netflix, SpaceX, Disney, Google
  • Key Industries: Artificial intelligence, adtech, media, software, game development
  • Funding Landscape: $11.6 billion in venture capital funding in 2024 (Pitchbook)
  • Notable Investors: Strong Ventures, Fifth Wall, Upfront Ventures, Mucker Capital, Kittyhawk Ventures
  • Research Centers and Universities: California Institute of Technology, UCLA, University of Southern California, UC Irvine, Pepperdine, California Institute for Immunology and Immunotherapy, Center for Quantum Science and Engineering
