Dealer Lien Perfection Sr. Coordinator (Hybrid)
The Dealer Lien Perfection Sr. Coordinator will be calling dealers, customers, and DMVs to follow up on the title status of accounts and working the initial contact on new accounts. A likely match for this position is a self motivated individual that can work under limited supervision who has efficient time management, multitasking, problem solving, and attention to detail skills.
Responsibilities:
  • Work physical mail, mail images, notating and imaging in AIMS
  • Distribute and work emails that come to the shared Auto Lien Inbox
  • Keep track of incoming checks
  • Obtaining outgoing checks from the payment team
  • Print the needed documents and FedEx
  • Pull and work mail team reports
  • Call dealerships to obtain title status updates on active BK accounts
  • Run state inquiries

  • Demonstrate excellent organizational skills, time management skills, and attention to detail
  • Exhibit professionalism and morale with associates at all levels including external contacts
  • Manage multiple tasks, appropriately prioritize workflow, and get the job done in an efficient manner

Job Level: Sr. Coordinator
Work Schedule: Monday - Friday 8am - 4:30pm or 7:30am - 4:30pm CST (*local time)
**This position does require onsite attendance**
Location: This role is hybrid, where you will be expected to be in the office in Plano, TX for certain aspects of the role.

Basic Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma, GED or equivalent certification
  • At least 3 years of Customer Service or Call Center experience
  • At least 1 year of experience working in the Financial Industry
  • At least 1 year of experience using Google Suite or Microsoft Office

Preferred Qualifications:
  • At least 4 years of Customer Service or Call Center experience
  • At least 2 years of experience in the Financial Industry
  • At least 1 year of title processing experience

The minimum and maximum full-time annual salaries for this role are listed below, by location. Please note that this salary information is solely for candidates hired to perform work within one of these locations, and refers to the amount Capital One is willing to pay at the time of this posting. Salaries for part-time roles will be prorated based upon the agreed upon number of hours to be regularly worked.
Plano, TX: $49,774 - $49,774 for Ops Sr. Coordinator, Capital One Auto
Candidates hired to work in other locations will be subject to the pay range associated with that location, and the actual annualized salary amount offered to any candidate at the time of hire will be reflected solely in the candidate's offer letter.
