As a Deal Desk Manager, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing the deal approval process within the organization. This role involves collaborating with sales teams, finance, legal, and other stakeholders to ensure timely and accurate deal processing, while also implementing best practices to enhance efficiency and effectiveness. 


Responsibilities
  • End-to-end deal approval process, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures 
  • Ensure all orders are delivered on time 
  • Serve as a liaison between sales, finance, and legal teams, facilitating communication and collaboration to resolve deal-related issues 
  • Assist sales with complex quoting scenarios 
  • Advise sales team on deal structures that fit their customers’ and our own requirements 
  • Provide training and support to sales teams on deal desk processes, tools, and systems 
  • Identify opportunities for process optimization and implement best practices to streamline deal management workflow 
  • Develop and maintain metrics and dashboards to track pricing and SKU discounts/performance, turnaround times, and bottlenecks 

Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience in order management or a related field in a tech or software company 
  • Proficiency in Salesforce is mandatory 
  • CPQ experience is a strong advantage 
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment 
  • Strong analytical skills 
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
