What we’re looking for:
Iodine Software is seeking a Deal Desk Manager - to join the team. Reporting to The Vice President of Revenue Operations, the Deal Desk manager will serve as a key partner to Sales, Finance, Legal, and Product teams, supporting the structuring, approval, and execution of complex deals. You will drive deal velocity and margin optimization while ensuring compliance with pricing and business policies.

What you’ll do:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for deal structuring, pricing, and contract approval processes.

  • Collaborate with Sales teams on complex and non-standard deal proposals, ensuring alignment with internal policies and profitability goals.

  • Review and approve deals in CRM and CPQ systems (e.g., Salesforce and Nue.io), maintaining documentation and audit trails.

  • Partner with Legal, Finance, and Product teams to ensure all non-standard terms are reviewed and approved.
    Improve and document deal desk workflows, approval matrices, and pricing guidelines.

  • Analyze deal metrics and performance, providing insights to improve sales efficiency and profitability.

  • Support the development and implementation of pricing strategies, discounting policies, and bundling models.
    Train and educate Sales and cross-functional teams on deal desk processes, tools, and best practices.

  • Monitor SLAs and help enforce discipline around deal review timelines.

What we’d love to see:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or related field; MBA or similar advanced degree a plus.

  • 5+ years of experience in deal desk, sales operations, revenue operations, or pricing strategy in a SaaS or B2B environment.

  • Strong understanding of enterprise sales cycles, SaaS pricing models, and contract structures.
    Experience with Salesforce and CPQ tools (Nue.io experience a plus).

  • Excellent analytical, communication, and project management skills.
    Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution in a fast-paced environment.

  • High attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

  • Prior experience with CLM (Contract Lifecycle Management) tools and Asana.

  • High emotional intelligence and relationship skills, and an ability to read and adapt to changing environments

  • Travel to and from company headquarters in Austin, Texas is required for new hire orientation, onboarding and occasional company meetings

Compensation Range: $95K - $130K
