Databricks Sales Executive | About You  

As a Databricks Sales Executive, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, building and nurturing strong relationships, and leading the charge in closing complex deals. You will be at the forefront of driving growth within the rapidly evolving Databricks ecosystem. With your in-depth understanding of the platform, you will align innovative solutions with clients’ business goals, all while thriving in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. You excel in a sales-driven role, bringing forward-thinking approaches to engage prospects, uncover their needs, and deliver tailored solutions that generate measurable results. As a highly motivated, strategic individual, you're passionate about staying ahead of industry trends and introducing cutting-edge technology solutions that drive business transformation. 

Databricks Sales Executive | Day-to-Day  

  • Proactively prospect and generate new business opportunities within the Databricks ecosystem, targeting high-growth markets and emerging customer needs. 
  • Build and foster relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders across various industries, identifying opportunities to introduce and accelerate the adoption of Databricks solutions. 
  • Qualify leads and craft customized, strategic solutions that address client challenges, ensuring alignment with their business objectives while leveraging the power of Databricks. 
  • Deliver engaging product presentations and live demonstrations, showcasing the value and impact of Databricks in driving business innovation and transformation. 
  • Lead negotiations, close complex deals, and secure long-term partnerships, ensuring client satisfaction and ongoing value realization. 
  • Manage a dynamic and active sales pipeline, consistently exceeding sales targets, while staying up-to-date on Databricks advancements, market trends, and the competitive landscape. 

Databricks Sales Executive | Day-to-Day 

  • 10+ years of experience in sales, with a proven track record in selling cutting-edge technology solutions, particularly in the big data, cloud, or AI/ML sectors. 
  • Deep understanding of the Databricks ecosystem, including its capabilities, applications, and competitive advantages, with the ability to articulate its value in solving real-world business challenges. 
  • Demonstrated ability to generate new business, prospect for opportunities, and close high-value deals within the data analytics, cloud, or similar technology ecosystems. 
  • Strong experience in selling software-as-a-service (SaaS) solutions, cloud platforms, or advanced tech solutions, with expertise in addressing unique business challenges across various industries. 
  • Expertise in building and nurturing relationships with C-suite executives, senior decision-makers, and other key influencers within client organizations. 
  • Proficient in CRM systems, email automation tools, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and other sales enablement technologies to drive sales effectiveness. 
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with a proven ability to exceed sales targets in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
