Join our dedicated team of experienced post-production Workday professionals and become part of our dynamic, fast-paced, HR transformation practice. We are currently seeking a Workday functional expert to deliver superior results to our internal customers. This individual will also be an integral part in the transformation and supporting of our Workday production support model.
What you'll do:
Execute the day-to-day activities of Workday production support and provide subject matter expertise on Workday best practices
Conduct sessions with customers to analyze business requirements and provide solutions to complex business problems
Identify strategies, risks, and options for recommending approaches towards meeting requirements for customers
Act as Workday functional expert with deep knowledge of current functionality, design concepts, touch points with HCM, Compensation, Recruitment, Payroll, and future product enhancements
Acts as the subject matter expert for supporting the existing Workday design concepts and pre-defined system configurations
Lead design review sessions with HR business users, Workday technical and functional resources at all levels, including owners of the specific work streams.
Create business requirements, system configuration and functional specification documents, test plans, test cases and input into development of user training and support documentation.
Work closely with other functional leads and the technical workstream to ensure a cohesive design and that cross-functional impacts are considered and mitigated.
Support the technical team on integration design between Workday and internal enterprise systems and external vendors.
Support the ETL process for mass data loads via EIBs
Support business users during testing of bug fixes and enhancements
What you'll bring:
- Between 3-5 years’ experience with Workday HCM configuration (certification is an advantage); with specialized knowledge in your subject domain (HCM, Compensation, Recruitment and Absence)
- Implemented Workday for 3+ projects.
- Attention to detail and the ability to see the big picture, pragmatic problem solver.
- Excellent planning, interpersonal and time management skills with a track record of following through on dedications.
- Solid understanding of Human resources function and business processes within a global and complex organization.
- Ability to challenge to clarify understanding
