Sr. Business Process Analyst

Our Sr. Business Analyst will spearhead process documentation and improvement using lean best practices to streamline Customer Success operations helping the company to scale.
What You'll Do:
Work with cross-functional teams including Sales, Onboarding, Training, Professional Services, Customer Success, Finance and Corporate IT.
Synthesize disparate information into effective strategies and innovative insights, translating complex ideas into compelling, actionable recommendations and data visuals
Analyze multi-faceted challenges and deliver compelling findings and recommendations to business leaders
Provide strategic recommendations for process and system upgrades and workflows
Manage and support data integration, data quality & integrity, error logs and updates by monitoring KPIs daily
Aid with administrative functions including account, user, reports, and dashboards maintenance
Maintain all software training materials and user documentation
Build and manage reports and dashboard where needed
What You'll Bring:
BA/BS in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering Science, or related field required
4+ years of relevant experience, required
Business operations experience in SaaS, required
Strong understanding of Sales, Financial and Operational SaaS KPIs
Salesforce.com and Tableau experience, required
