Ready to be a Titan?

Our Sr. Business Analyst will spearhead process documentation and improvement using lean best practices to streamline Customer Success operations helping the company to scale.

What You'll Do:

• Work with cross-functional teams including Sales, Onboarding, Training, Professional Services, Customer Success, Finance and Corporate IT.

• Synthesize disparate information into effective strategies and innovative insights, translating complex ideas into compelling, actionable recommendations and data visuals

• Analyze multi-faceted challenges and deliver compelling findings and recommendations to business leaders

• Provide strategic recommendations for process and system upgrades and workflows

• Manage and support data integration, data quality & integrity, error logs and updates by monitoring KPIs daily

• Aid with administrative functions including account, user, reports, and dashboards maintenance

• Maintain all software training materials and user documentation

• Build and manage reports and dashboard where needed

What You'll Bring:

• BA/BS in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering Science, or related field required

• 4+ years of relevant experience, required

• Business operations experience in SaaS, required

• Strong understanding of Sales, Financial and Operational SaaS KPIs

• Salesforce.com and Tableau experience, required
