FIGS is looking to bring on an Inventory Data Entry Coordinator! This role will assist our Inventory/Planning Team by updating and maintaining all PO's and effectively communicating to cross-functional teams on PO statuses and timelines. We are looking for someone with a strong attention to detail and desire to grow within Inventory Planning & Analytics. 

 

What You'll be Doing:
  • Update, maintain and send all PO's to Production team
  • Communicate with Production, Planning, & Merchandising teams on PO statuses and timelines
  • Communicate with Production team on costing deliverables
  • Own and Analyze Size Selling by Category to inform size breaks for POs
  • Work with cross functional teams such as Logistics & Accounting on optimizing current processes
  • Netsuite ownership (PO Uploads,SKU Uploads, & re-uploading when PO changes are made)
  • Help identify correct prices for PO discrepancy issues & adjust in Netsuite when applicable
  • PO Change Form Management (SKU Tracker & PO Changes)
  • Maintain Sku Tracker updating & email communication to Logistics
  • Help to audit Buy Plan and check for inconsistencies in Style Numbers, Style Descriptions, Product Hierarchy, Launch Dates
  • Help Inventory Analytics team add & adjust units in Buy Decks
  • Assist Planning team with analysis when/if needed

Skills Desired:

  • Experience working with Excel, Google Sheets, & Google Slides
  • Positive and Flexible Attitude
  • Meticulous attention to detail
  • Ability to work within a fast paced, deadline driven environment
  • Netsuite experience a plus
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Desire to excel and grow within Inventory Planning/Analytics & FIGS
