Primary Responsibilities:
  • Data Science Model Hypotheses Formulation
  • Exploratory Data Analysis and Feature Engineering
  • Model building, training, and testing
  • AI and MLRB Governance compliance - Obtain and maintain necessary approvals
  • Model deployment
  • Model scoring and making scores available for production campaigns
  • Model drift monitoring and adjustment recommendations
  • Translate complex models and findings into actionable business insights and compelling narratives for stakeholders
  • Other duties may apply

Required Qualifications:
  • 3+ years of experience as a Data Scientist
  • 3+ years of experience in data mining methods and tools (Scikit-learn, XGBoost, TensorFlow, PyTorch - for building predictive models)
  • 3+ years of experience with SQL
  • Experience with Power BI
  • Experience developing rule-based, statistical, and data mining models
  • Experience developing Statsmodels - For statistical modeling in Python
  • Experience working with Jupyter Notebooks - For exploratory analysis and sharing code-based insights
  • Familiar with probability, statistics, linear algebra, matrices concepts
  • Familiarity with AI tools (LLMs) and frameworks (LangChain, n8n, and others) OP
  • Fully Bilingual Spanish/English proficiency

Preferred Qualification:
  • MLOps tools (Azure ML, MLflow, or similar) experience
