Duties: Undertake advanced analytics to derive actionable insights that support the Home Lending Sales strategy and optimization. Combine quantitative analysis, business acumen, and a focus on problem-solving to drive meaningful insights that enable the firm to drive incremental value and an outstanding customer experience. Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Product, Finance, and other Data and Analytics partners to agree on priorities and deliver advanced analytics and data-driven solutions for complex business challenges. Source and integrate data from various platforms to narrate the story of past performance and provide guidance on enhancing mortgage sales strategy optimization. Perform descriptive, diagnostic, and predictive analyses to uncover trends, patterns, and actionable business insights. Architect, automate, and maintain interactive Tableau dashboards to communicate actionable insights and KPI tracking to stakeholders. Identify opportunities to develop and enhance business intelligence dashboards and automated reporting to facilitate decision making for business partners. Conduct deep-dive analyses to identify and quantify drivers of business performance and recommend actions to improve KPIs. Build analytical frameworks to support strategic and complex business priorities. Collaborate with team members and business and technical partners on the use of AI & Machine Learning to automate and develop innovative solutions for the Home Lending business.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Minimum education and experience required: Master's degree in Information Systems, Computer Information Systems, Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Engineering, Operations Research, or related field of study plus 2 years of experience in the job offered or as Data Scientist, Senior Analyst, Senior Engineer, or related occupation. The employer will alternatively accept a Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Information Systems, Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Engineering, Operations Research, or related field of study plus 4 years of experience in the job offered or as Data Scientist, Senior Analyst, Senior Engineer, or related occupation.

Skills Required: This position requires experience with the following: Using SQL and Python to create data simulations, provide performance measurement, automate reporting, and deliver pre- and post-analysis on new processes and strategies; Conceptualizing, designing, and building analytical tools and solutions using a combination of SQL, Python, and Tableau dashboards to facilitate strategic planning, capacity optimization, and productivity; Summarizing and delivering actionable insights to senior business stakeholders; Analyzing complex problems, diving deep into data, and designing innovative solutions; Using cloud platforms including AWS and Snowflake and data architecture for large scale data processing; Using Salesforce CRM for lead management and sales.
