JOB TITLE: Data Insight Analyst
RESPONSIBLE TO: People & Culture Reporting Manager
MAIN LOCATION: Jordan, Amman
Overview:
The purpose of the Data Insights Analyst role is to act as a Subject Matter Expert for DOMO, support the maintenance of our data for the purpose of driving insights and provide analytics solutions and Tableau reporting. This role is responsible for delivering high-quality DOMO data and reporting solutions, such as designing, building, and sustaining dashboards and reports that drive data-driven decision-making. The role also leverages other data visualisation platforms, such as Tableau and Power BI, to generate meaningful insights for the business. This role with partner with key stakeholders and transform complex data into clear, actionable insights, and contributes to building a data-driven culture across the People & Culture function and wider enterprise.
Key Responsibilities:
Commercial & Strategic Priorities
· Designs, builds, and maintains DOMO dashboards and reports to enable data-driven decision-making
· Utilises other data visualisation tools (Tableau, Power BI) to deliver actionable business insights.
· Transforms complex data into clear, actionable people analytics supporting workforce planning and performance.
· Supports a data-driven culture across People & Culture and the broader enterprise
Customer & Innovation
· This role seeks to continuously improve our products to ensure improved customer satisfaction.

Essential Skills/Requirements:
- 3 years + experience working in data and analytics field Highly self-motivated
- Advanced knowledge of DOMO
- Advanced Tableau Skills
- Strong stakeholder and requirements gathering skills
- Self-driven
- Embracing and continuing to cultivate a culture of Trust, Inclusivity, Empowerment and Safety
Desirable experience:
- Experience in a customer facing role
- CRM (Salesforce)
- MS Office (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
- Internal management tools and reporting platforms
- Communication tools (Teams)
Additional Requirements:
- In addition to the responsibilities listed above the post holder may be required to perform other duties assigned by the Senior Management Team from time-to-time. Subject to adequate experience and/or training.
- To participate in the annual performance appraisal process and objective scheme.
- To work in accordance with all APG policies including Health and Safety, Employment, Staff, Quality and Environmental.
- To adhere to company wide information security policies, as outlined and agreed within the first month of employment.
- It’s important during the employment with APG and anytime thereafter that any information relating to APG is treated with the strictest confidentiality.
