The IT Infrastructure Associate will manage IT operations, provide technical support, troubleshoot network issues, and maintain system security and compliance.
We are looking to hire an IT Infrastructure Associate to join our team and help maintain smooth IT operations across the company. The role includes supporting daily IT activities, maintaining system reliability, and ensuring overall IT security and compliance.
Responsibilities
- Provide technical support for desktops, laptops, and peripheral devices.
- Troubleshoot basic network issues (e.g., connectivity, switches, and routers).
- Install and configure operating systems, software, and hardware for employee workstations and small servers.
- Document issues and processes for future reference.
- Manage employee devices, ensuring security and compliance.
- Assist in maintaining hardware and software inventory.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field.
- Up to 2 years of relevant experience in IT infrastructure.
- Basic understanding of networking (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP).
- Familiarity with operating systems (Windows, macOS, Linux).
- Basic understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
