Reli. is launching its Associate Development Program on our Data & Automation team, an immersive 3-month, full-time experience designed specifically for soon-to-be and newly minted graduates ready to start their tech careers with impact.
This is your chance to contribute from day one, while learning from engineers and analysts building one of the fastest-growing eCommerce companies in the U.S.
This isn’t just a first job. It’s your first career step and it starts June 12.
What the Program Looks Like
- Over the course of your first 12 weeks, you’ll:
- Join a dynamic team for the Summer, working on automation, data engineering, and API integration
- You’ll work on a scoped technical project from ideation to presentation, something tangible, impactful, and showcase-worthy
- Work alongside team members automating inventory flows, streamlining marketing operations, and leveraging tools like Pandas, NumPy, and Amazon APIs
- Receive real-time mentorship and regular feedback
- Collaborate cross-functionally with ops, product, and advertising teams to see the full picture of your work in action
- At the end of the 3 months, successful associates may receive a full-time offer to join Reli. as a Junior Data & Automation Engineer
What You’ll Learn
- How automation is built and scaled in a high-volume eCommerce business
- How engineering connects to real-world impact from order flow to ad optimization
- How to communicate technical insights across teams
- How to deliver results in a fast-paced environment
Qualifications:
- Expected graduation of May or June 2026
- Ability to work a full-time schedule (40 hours per week)
- Familiar with Python and excited about using tools like Pandas, NumPy, or RESTful APIs
- Enjoy solving business problems with clean, elegant code
- Comfortable working within an agile methodology and adapting quickly in fast-paced environments
