Creatunity LLC is a leading marketing and advertising agency that is seeking a skilled Customer Support Specialist to join the team. As a Customer Support Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring that our clients receive prompt and professional service. You will be expected to respond to inquiries and complaints in a timely and efficient manner, and ensure that all issues are resolved to the satisfaction of the client.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to work well under pressure, and have a passion for customer service. This is a great opportunity for someone who is looking to take the next step in their career and work with a dynamic and innovative team.

Responsibilities
  • Responding to inquiries and complaints from customers by phone, email, or live chat
  • Providing prompt, courteous, and professional service to all clients
  • Troubleshooting technical issues and escalating complex problems to the appropriate department
  • Maintaining accurate records of all client interactions and transactions
  • Working closely with other members of the customer support team to ensure that all issues are resolved in a timely and efficient manner
  • Identifying opportunities to improve the customer experience and communicating these to the team
Requirements
  • Knowledge of Filipino and English on Native Speaker level
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g. business, marketing, communication)
  • 2+ years of experience in a customer support role
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Experience using customer support software (e.g. Gorgias etc.)
