FabFitFun, one of the fastest growing companies in the U.S., is seeking a rockstar people-person to join our Customer Service team for our Style department here in the heart of Los Angeles. This is an entry-level, full-time position with exceptional room for growth!
What You'll Do:
Support the daily operational functions of the Style team
Work with Merchandising Assistant in handling outbound shipping requests.
Create and update information in the company’s Customer Style Portal
Record/scan product data in inventory log
Prepare in-box collateral for style boxes-Monthly editor’s letter, personalized notes, GWPs
Prep and assist in weekly inventory photo shoots
Respond to customer inquiries in a timely manner
Engage customers to help build style profiles
Manage and organize new inventory and returned inventory in stockroom, content studio and styling space
Record returned merchandise in inventory tracking database
Assist in maintaining and running weekly/daily sales and inventory reports as well as recap data on a weekly basis
Perform other duties and special projects as assigned
What You'll Bring:
1-3 years working experience in a Fashion/Retail environment
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office, specifically Excel and Google Suite
Must have an AA, BA or BS degree
Exceptional Problem Solver
Self starter
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Strong Analytical skills
Must demonstrate creative thinking and problem solving
Must be able to lift 25 lbs
