Description

Join Noma Security and help shape the future of AI security.

Noma is building the first comprehensive AI Security and Governance Platform, helping organizations adopt AI and LLMs with confidence and control. As AI becomes core to modern enterprises, we provide seamless visibility and protection across the entire AI lifecycle from development to production and autonomous agents. Our team works at the intersection of AI, security, and cloud, shaping a new category in a fast-evolving market. At Noma, you’ll have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact while working with exceptional people on technology that truly matters.

We're looking for a Customer Success Operations Manager to own the systems, reporting, and process infrastructure behind Noma's post-sales organization. You'll partner directly with the Head of Post-Sales to build dashboards, templatize decks and playbooks, and keep renewals and QBR processes running without manual chasing.

🛠️ What You’ll Do

  • Own the post-sales dashboard and reporting cadence, keeping data current for leadership, board, and customer-facing use.
  • Templatize the decks and playbooks currently duplicated across TAMs into one source of truth the team actually adopts.
  • Design processes and automations that cut manual work across task tracking, QBR prep, and renewals.
  • Build and maintain a centralized resource hub for post-sales content: decks, playbooks, process docs.
  • Support renewal tracking and reporting across the TAM team's book of business.
  • Partner with TAMs, support, and leadership to surface operational gaps and prioritize fixes.
  • Act as the resourceful connector who scopes technical builds, like dashboard work, and pulls in the right internal partner instead of stalling solo.
  • Stay current on post-sales and revenue operations practices as the team scales.

✅ What You Bring

  • 5+ years in a CS Operations, RevOps, or similar role supporting a post-sales or customer success organization.
  • A track record of building dashboards, decks, or playbooks that got adopted, not just built.
  • Experience supporting renewals and revenue-adjacent reporting.
  • Comfort operating with real autonomy, bringing solutions rather than escalating problems.
  • Background in cybersecurity or technical enterprise SaaS environments is a plus, not a requirement.
  • A bias toward systems: you template a process after doing it twice, not the tenth time.
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced, high-intensity startup environment with shifting priorities.

💙 Perks & Benefits:

  • Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision coverage
  • Home office setup reimbursement
  • Short- and long-term disability insurance
  • Life and accident insurance
  • 401(k) retirement savings plan
  • Unlimited paid time off (PTO) - We trust you to manage your time
  • A warm, supportive, and people-first company culture
  • A global work environment with teams across Tel Aviv, the US, the Netherlands, and London
  • Equity options that let you share in Noma’s growth and success

What you need to know about the Los Angeles Tech Scene

Los Angeles is a global leader in entertainment, so it’s no surprise that many of the biggest players in streaming, digital media and game development call the city home. But the city boasts plenty of non-entertainment innovation as well, with tech companies spanning verticals like AI, fintech, e-commerce and biotech. With major universities like Caltech, UCLA, USC and the nearby UC Irvine, the city has a steady supply of top-flight tech and engineering talent — not counting the graduates flocking to Los Angeles from across the world to enjoy its beaches, culture and year-round temperate climate.

Key Facts About Los Angeles Tech

  • Number of Tech Workers: 375,800; 5.5% of overall workforce (2024 CompTIA survey)
  • Major Tech Employers: Snap, Netflix, SpaceX, Disney, Google
  • Key Industries: Artificial intelligence, adtech, media, software, game development
  • Funding Landscape: $11.6 billion in venture capital funding in 2024 (Pitchbook)
  • Notable Investors: Strong Ventures, Fifth Wall, Upfront Ventures, Mucker Capital, Kittyhawk Ventures
  • Research Centers and Universities: California Institute of Technology, UCLA, University of Southern California, UC Irvine, Pepperdine, California Institute for Immunology and Immunotherapy, Center for Quantum Science and Engineering
