Job Description:
The Customer Success Manager manages customer relationships, optimizes workflows through CRM tools, and supports marketing efforts. This role also involves providing exceptional service, designing creative materials, and executing campaigns. Must have experience with social media marketing and growing an audience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and optimize customer workflows using Go High Level CRM.
- Assist in creating and managing course content on Thinkific.
- Provide exceptional customer service to address inquiries and issues.
- Design marketing materials and social media content using Canva.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to execute campaigns.
Requirements
Minimum Qualifications:
- CRM Expertise: At least 3 years of experience using Go High-Level CRM.
- E-learning Platforms: At least 3 years of experience using Thinkific.
- Customer Service: At least 3 years of customer service experience.
- Marketing Experience: Proven background in marketing strategies and execution.
- Design Skills: Proficiency in using Canva for creating visually appealing content.
- Additional Skills: Strong communication, problem-solving abilities, and time management skills.
