The Opportunity...Centerfield is seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Client Success Manager to join our fast-paced team! In this role, you’ll support the onboarding, management, and growth of our Direct Brands across the Savings.com and Brainjolt platforms, contributing to meaningful impact in a rapidly growing industry. As a CSM, you’ll partner with some of the largest retail and e-tail brands that sell through e-commerce platforms such as Amazon. You’ll be supported by a community of experts, industry-leading AI technology, and one of the largest online audiences to help drive measurable sales growth for clients This is a dynamic, ever-changing space—perfect for someone who’s eager to learn, curious about digital commerce, and excited to grow their career in Client Success. You don’t need years of experience; what matters most is your strong communication skills, proactive mindset, and passion for supporting clients.
How You'll Contribute...
Have a plan! Manage a book of business with a focus on renewals, growth, and long-term success with focus on onboarding, adoption, and ongoing engagement that deliver tangible ROI and maximize customer satisfaction (CSAT) and Net Promoter Scores (NPS)
Be the resident expert (in progress)! Learn each client’s goals, programs, and performance metrics while building knowledge of Centerfield’s solutions, tools, and industry terminology so you can engage clients with confidence
Get out there! Support client growth by spotting opportunities to add value, sharing product offerings with guidance from senior team members, and contributing to upsell and cross-sell initiatives that drive revenue
Be a partner in growth! Support clients in achieving their goals by fostering strong relationships, helping them see value quickly, and contributing to Client advocacy opportunities like case studies, testimonials, or peer networking
Track what matters! Define, monitor, and report on KPIs for each client program. Attend regular client meetings (weekly or bi-weekly) to review objectives, progress, and results, while hosting internal meetings as needed to align teams
Own the details! Maintain organized tracking of projects and deliverables, ensuring clarity of goals, timely execution, and compliance with internal controls and procedures
Solve challenges! Flag escalations to senior team members as you learn to address complex client needs with resourcefulness, collaboration, and creative problem-solving
Speak up! Provide feedback and insights to leadership to inform product innovation, enhance offerings, and support the company’s growth
Leverage your tools! Utilize Salesforce, Looker, and internal platforms to manage client engagement, maintain accurate records, and ensure smooth communication across teams
Show the results! Alongside leadership, prepare compelling presentations and reports for client partnership meetings, highlighting progress, ROI, and opportunities for further growth
1+ years of Client/Customer success, account management, or similar experience.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Economics, or equivalent experience preferred but not required.
Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
Analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable strategies.
Ability to learn quickly and break down complex ideas into clear action steps.
Comfortable managing multiple priorities with good organizational skills and attention to detail.
Strong problem-solving mindset and willingness to seek guidance or resources to find solutions.
Clear communicator with solid written, verbal, and interpersonal skills.
Curious and creative thinker who’s open to rolling up their sleeves and trying new approaches.
Self-starter who can take initiative while also working well in a collaborative team environment.
Positive team player with a strong sense of accountability and a “can-do” attitude.
Responsible and motivated, able to stay focused in a fast-paced environment.
Organized and detail-oriented, ensuring tasks and documentation are completed accurately.
Operates with integrity, honesty, and fairness in all interactions.
Flexibility to adjust work hours for client meetings across different time zones.
It’s a plus if you bring: Familiarity with digital and affiliate marketing, including paid media.
Nice to have, but not required: experience in JIRA, Salesforce, Asana, Tableau, Looker, and Call Center knowledge.
This is a hybrid position, and employees are expected to work in our Playa Vista, CA office every Tuesday, Wednesday & Thursday
