Title: Customer Relationship Executive - Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE) & Power Platform 

Location Remote with U.S. based travel up to 50% 

Description 

You are a commercially driven, client-focused growth leader who can originate opportunities, shape differentiated transformation agendas, and close complex Microsoft consulting engagements. You combine strong CRM and customer experience domain knowledge with executive presence, disciplined sales leadership, and the ability to mobilize Microsoft, alliance, industry, solution, and delivery teams around measurable client outcomes. You thrive in a collaborative environment and are equally effective creating demand, leading strategic pursuits, expanding existing accounts, and developing repeatable market offerings. 

In addition, you possess the following experience: 

  • Proven track record of selling large-scale ($1M+) CRM strategy and transformation delivery programs to Sales, Marketing, and Service stakeholders 

  • Expertise selling Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (Sales, Customer Service, Field Service, Customer Insights, Contact Center, and Marketing/Journey Management) and Power Platform solutions and services

  • Demonstrated ability to lead complex enterprise sales cycles spanning business transformation, customer experience, process automation, and application modernization 

  • Deal “quarterback” who assembles the right pursuit team and orchestrates execution, bringing together the right pursuit team and orchestrating collaboration across sales, industry, solution, Microsoft, and delivery stakeholders to ensure flawless deal execution 

  • Skilled at building networks, generating pipeline, supporting marketing initiatives, and expanding sales opportunities 

  • Deep understanding of CRM, customer experience, automation, analytics, AI, and digital transformation challenges 

  • Strong executive  presence and credibility with C-level stakeholders 

Responsibilities 

  • Attain sales and bookings quotas by expanding MCA Connect's footprint within the Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement and Power Platform marketplace 

  • Proactively originate net-new pipeline by identifying industry disruption, unmet client needs, whitespace opportunities, and executive priorities before a formal buying process begins. Build account-based pursuit strategies that create demand, establish a compelling transformation agenda, and position MCA Connect early as a trusted advisor.

  • Develop and execute strategic account plans that define executive relationship maps, installed-base and whitespace opportunities, industry priorities, competitive positioning, Microsoft alignment, pursuit sequencing, and measurable expansion goals. 

  • Align MCA Connect's solutions and services with customer business objectives and digital transformation goals 

  • Understand customer organizational structures, decision-making processes, and strategic priorities to drive executive alignment 

  • Own accurate forecasting, pipeline management, quarterly bookings attainment, and overall territory performance 

  • Develop detailed sales and marketing plans and collaborate closely with marketing to generate demand 

  • Manage the full sales lifecycle from lead generation through opportunity qualification through discovery, solution shaping, investment case, proposal development, proposal and pricing strategy, commercial and contractual negotiation, risk review, executive approval, and contract execution. 

  • Own the commercial integrity of pursuits by confirming qualification, delivery feasibility, implementation approach, staffing model, pricing strategy, margin, contractual assumptions, and risk posture before executive approval. Partner with delivery leadership to ensure that sold scope, expected outcomes, and transition commitments are clear and achievable. 

  • Turn leads into pursuits and close pursuits by effectively positioning Microsoft Business Applications and Power Platform solutions 

  • Collaborate with technical and functional subject matter experts to develop compelling customer solutions 

  • Build and maintain relationships with Microsoft field sellers, partner teams, and industry alliances to drive co-sell opportunities 

  • Create compelling customer-specific value propositions and present business cases to executive leadership teams 

  • Effectively leverage MCA Connect's consulting, delivery, and industry expertise throughout the sales process 

  • Partner with industry, solution, delivery, and marketing leaders to create and commercialize repeatable CRM and customer experience offerings, including industry-specific propositions, assessment and roadmap services, implementation accelerators, AI and Copilot use cases, managed services, and cross-sell plays spanning Dynamics 365, Power Platform, Azure, Data and AI, and adjacent Microsoft capabilities.

  • Build MCA Connect’s market presence by contributing to executive roundtables, industry events, Microsoft-sponsored programs, client communities, point-of-view content, case studies, and targeted campaigns that convert market insight into qualified demand. 

  • Monitor competitive activity and market trends within the CRM, low-code application, AI, customer experience, and business applications landscape 

Qualifications 

  • 10+ years of progressive enterprise software, cloud, or consulting services sales experience, including significant responsibility for Microsoft Business Applications, CRM, customer experience, or adjacent transformation services. 

  • Experience selling the following:  

    • Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE) 

    • Microsoft Power Platform 

    • CRM software and services 

    • Customer Experience (CX) solutions 

    • Application modernization and low-code platforms 

    • Professional consulting services 

  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding multimillion-dollar bookings targets, creating net-new pipeline, winning new logos, expanding strategic accounts, and closing complex consulting engagements with measurable business value and acceptable profitability.

  • Experience shaping and closing large, complex, multi-workstream transformation pursuits that combine advisory, implementation, integration, change management, data and AI, and managed services components across onshore, nearshore, and offshore delivery models. 

  • Experience selling complex business transformation initiatives involving multiple stakeholders and decision makers 

  • Demonstrated ability to translate industry trends, regulatory pressures, operating-model challenges, and customer experience priorities into differentiated CRM value propositions and repeatable go-to-market plays for one or more priority industries. 

  • Ability to serve as the primary point of contact with prospective customers to understand business challenges and develop targeted solutions 

  • Strong relationship management and consultative selling skills 

  • Ability to build relationships with business and technology executives across all organizational levels 

  • Demonstrated ability to identify opportunities, leverage resources, and clearly communicate the MCA Connect value proposition 

  • Experience navigating complex enterprise organizations and procurement processes 

  • Strong presentation, communication, negotiation, and executive engagement skills 

  • Deep understanding of the CRM, customer experience, automation, AI, and low-code application competitive landscape 

  • Ability to travel up to 50%

  • Established relationships with Microsoft sellers and partner ecosystem stakeholders 
 
  • Familiarity with AI-powered business applications, Copilot capabilities, and digital transformation initiatives 

  • Demonstrated success working with Microsoft field sellers, solution specialists, partner development teams, account executives, and marketplace or co-sell programs to create joint account plans, secure executive sponsorship, and convert Microsoft relationships into qualified pipeline and closed business. 

  • Microsoft Business Applications ecosystem experience preferred
