What You’ll Do 

NetDocuments is looking for a results-driven Customer Growth Marketing Manager to generate an expansion pipeline within our existing customer base. This role sits at the intersection of demand generation and customer marketing—focused on creating pipeline-driving campaigns and managing customer events.  

You’ll collaborate closely with sales, revenue operations, and customer success teams to develop and execute multi-channel programs that engage current customers and drive demand for additional NetDocuments products and services. 

You will: 

  • Own and execute campaigns that generate qualified upsell pipeline from our current customer base 
  • Plan and manage customer-facing events (virtual and in-person) to support expansion goals—owning strategy, logistics, promotion, and post-event follow-up 
  • Partner with Sales to identify high-potential accounts and coordinate monthly outreach programs 
  • Create and manage email campaigns, account-based plays, and webinars to educate and engage customers on new features 
  • Develop segmentation strategies and messaging tailored to firm size, region, or product usage patterns 
  • Track campaign performance and report on key metrics like demo requests, pipeline, lead-to-opportunity conversion, and program ROI 
  • Use tools like Salesforce, Crossbeam, and intent data to refine targeting and optimize campaign effectiveness 

 

What You’ll Need to be Successful 

  • 4+ years of experience in demand generation or customer marketing, preferably in B2B SaaS 
  • Proven ability to drive pipeline and revenue through targeted marketing campaigns 
  • Experience working cross-functionally with Sales, CS, and Revenue Operations 
  • Strong skills in campaign strategy, email marketing, segmentation, and reporting 
  • Familiarity with Salesforce, and marketing automation platforms (e.g., Marketo, HubSpot) 
  • Bonus: Experience in the legal tech spaces

Compensation Transparency 

The compensation range for this position is: $145,000 - $150,000

The posted cash compensation for this position includes base salary and variable if applicable. Some roles may qualify for overtime pay. Individual compensation packages are determined based on various factors specific to each candidate, such as career level, skills, experience, geographic location, qualifications, and other job-related considerations
