About the Role

Are you passionate about helping customers maximize technology solutions and achieve better business outcomes? Ingram Micro is seeking a Customer Experience Representative (CER) to serve as a trusted advisor to reseller partners, vendors, and internal sales teams. In this role, you will leverage the power of the Xvantage platform to drive customer engagement, platform adoption, sales enablement, and business growth.

As a Customer Experience Representative, you will act as a subject matter expert focused on helping partners and vendors unlock the full value of Ingram Micro's technology ecosystem. You will collaborate cross-functionally with sales, vendor partners, and customers to identify opportunities, deliver strategic guidance, and support initiatives that enhance customer success and revenue growth.

What You'll DoDrive Customer Success & Platform Adoption
  • Help reseller partners and vendors maximize the value of the Xvantage platform through strategic recommendations and insights.
  • Analyze platform data to identify opportunities for increased customer engagement, solution adoption, and revenue growth.
  • Drive initiatives focused on customer acquisition, pipeline development, renewals, upgrades, and cross-sell opportunities.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor, helping customers optimize their business outcomes through technology and platform utilization.
Enable Solution Growth
  • Develop expertise across Ingram Micro's portfolio of technology solutions and services.
  • Build and maintain knowledge of industry trends, emerging technologies, competitive offerings, and market opportunities.
  • Partner with internal teams to position Ingram Micro as a strategic technology advisor.
  • Help customers identify the right solutions to address business challenges and growth objectives.
Support Sales & Business Development Efforts
  • Collaborate with sales teams to uncover customer needs and recommend tailored solutions.
  • Participate in pre-sales activities, including solution presentations, product demonstrations, and proposal support.
  • Develop sales tools, customer-facing materials, and enablement resources to support revenue growth initiatives.
  • Identify opportunities to strengthen customer relationships and expand solution adoption.
Deliver Exceptional Customer Experiences
  • Build strong relationships with customers, reseller partners, and vendor stakeholders.
  • Proactively engage customers to understand goals, challenges, and business priorities.
  • Provide personalized recommendations that drive measurable customer success.
  • Act as a key resource for customer education, training, and ongoing support.
Strengthen Vendor Partnerships
  • Collaborate closely with vendor partners to stay informed on product updates, promotions, and go-to-market strategies.
  • Leverage vendor relationships to create value-added opportunities for customers.
  • Support joint business initiatives that increase customer engagement and solution adoption.
What We're Looking ForRequired Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • 2+ years of experience in customer success, sales support, account management, business development, customer experience, partner enablement, or a related role.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to prioritize multiple projects and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proven ability to collaborate across cross-functional teams and external partners.
  • Customer-first mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional experiences and business results.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience within the technology, IT distribution, SaaS, cloud, software, hardware, or technology solutions industry.
  • Familiarity with sales enablement, partner programs, channel sales, customer success platforms, or digital marketplace solutions.
  • Experience supporting reseller partners, vendors, or technology ecosystems.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to leverage data and insights to drive customer outcomes.

The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $49,500.00 - $79,200.00 per year.

The ranges above reflect the potential annual base pay across the U.S. for all roles; the applicable base pay range will depend on the candidate’s primary work location, pay grade, and variable compensation plan. Individual base pay within each range depends on various factors, in addition to primary work location, such as complexity and responsibility of role, job duties/requirements, and relevant experience and skills. Base pay ranges are reviewed and typically updated each year. Offers are made within the base pay range applicable at the time of hire. New hires starting base pay generally falls in the bottom half (between the minimum and midpoint) of a pay range.

At Ingram Micro certain roles are eligible for additional rewards, including merit increases, annual bonus or sales incentives and long-term incentives. These awards are allocated based on position level and individual performance.
