Resource Innovations is seeking a Customer Engagement Account Executive Lead to join our growing Customer Engagement team. We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Account Executive Lead with a strong background in client and stakeholder management to join our dynamic team. As an Account Executive Lead, you will work directly with our customer engagement clients and internal departments to design and deliver digital energy efficiency programs that help their customers save energy and improve home comfort.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Manage and grow relationships with key e-commerce accounts, including but not limited to marketplaces, limited time offerings, kit programs.
  • Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth and optimization.
  • Collaborate with internal teams such as marketing, software development, and supply chain to ensure alignment on e-commerce initiatives.
  • Monitor and optimize product listings, including content, pricing, and promotions, to maximize visibility and conversion.
  • Provide regular performance reports and insights to stakeholders, highlighting key metrics and areas for improvement.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, best practices, and changes in e-commerce platforms to maintain a competitive edge.
  • Resolve any issues or challenges related to e-commerce accounts in a timely and effective manner.
  • Lead project management efforts for new site launches, coordinating cross-functional teams to ensure timely execution and successful implementation.
  • Collaborate with the software development team to gather requirements, define scope, and establish project objectives for new site launches.
  • Coordinate user acceptance testing (UAT) and quality assurance (QA) efforts to ensure that new sites meet functional requirements and deliver an optimal user experience.
  • Provide training and documentation on new promotions to ensure internal alignment.
  • Other duties as assigned.
Requirements
  • 3+ years experience in client and account relations.
  • 2+ years experience in either retail, e-commerce, or energy efficiency programs.
  • Outstanding communication skills and a high degree of professionalism while representing clients.
  • Enthusiasm for client relations and relationship building.

Preferred skills, education and experience

  • Exceptional time management, forecasting, planning, and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft Office, experience with Salesforce, Slack, or Asana, a plus.
  • Experience in the energy, sustainability, or environmental management fields, a plus.
  • Interest in sustainability and passionate about making a meaningful impact on the environment.

Compensation & Benefits

Resource Innovations offers competitive salaries based on a candidate's skills, experience and qualifications for the position.  The compensation range for the base salary for this position is $65,000 - $111,000.  In addition to base pay, employees are eligible for a discretionary annual bonus.  The stated salary represents the expected compensation for this position.  Final compensation will be determined based on factors such as the candidate's experience, education and location. 

We also offer a comprehensive benefits package that includes three weeks of paid vacation per year; paid holidays; a 401(k)-retirement plan with employer matching; health, dental and vision insurance; and other supplemental benefits. 

Employment with Resource Innovations is contingent upon the successful completion of a comprehensive background check and reference check. If applicable to the position, a pre-employment drug screen may also be required.
