This position holds a dual role supporting Bennett Family of Companies' customer compliance and RFP initiatives. The Customer Compliance Specialist is responsible for managing all incoming Requests for Information (RFIs) from customers across business units, while also supporting RFP initiatives, ensuring accurate data, timely turnaround, and consistent compliance with customer and regulatory requirements throughout the process.
Coordinate and respond to customer RFIs, ensuring consistency, accuracy, and compliance with company standards.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to aggregate customer response
Maintain a current, centralized library of compliance data, certifications, and standard responses that can be pulled quickly for both RFIs and RFP submissions, reducing duplicate research across business units.
Track and report on RFI volume, and trends to identify process bottlenecks and opportunities for improvement.
Serve as the point of contact for customer compliance questions, ensuring responses stay consistent with company policy and any applicable regulatory requirements.
Provide backup support to the Bid/Pricing Manager during bid cycles, assisting with bid preparation, document assembly, and submission logistics to ensure continuity when the RFP Manager is at capacity or unavailable.
QualificationsProficient in managing and interpreting data to meet customer requests, regulatory requirements, and internal platform needs, across multiple business units. Demonstrates strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively, while supporting both compliance and customer service functions. Possesses excellent written and verbal communication skills essential for cross-functional collaboration and customer engagement.
Preferred experience managing RFIs or RFPs from intake through submission, including gathering and validating data across multiple business units or departments. Proven ability to multi-task and manage deadlines with strong attention to detail and accuracy. Experience supporting or backing up bid preparation activities is preferred. Strong written communication skills and proficiency with standard office and document management software.
