TASK:

  • Responding to customer inquiries via chat

  • Providing information about company services and products

  • Assisting customers with placing orders and reservations

  • Resolving customer complaints and issues in a timely manner

  • Maintaining a positive and professional attitude while interacting with customers

REQUIREMENT

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Previous customer service experience preferred

  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment

  • Familiarity with hospitality industry and customer needs

  • Proficiency in using chat support tools and software
