We are seeking an experienced and strategic Product Line Leader – Curing Systems to oversee all aspects of our Curing Systems product lines—from commercial strategy to operational execution. This role is responsible for driving growth, innovation, and customer satisfaction across the product lifecycle, including marketing, engineering, manufacturing, and project delivery. This leader will play a key role in shaping the long-term vision and strategic direction of our curing systems, ensuring we remain a trusted partner to our customers and a market leader in performance and reliability. This position is based in Mediapolis, Iowa & relocation assistance will be considered.
Key Responsibilities
Define and drive the long-term strategy and vision for the Curing Systems product line.
Lead a cross-functional team across engineering, manufacturing, sales support, and project management to execute on product goals.
Partner closely with Service and Aftermarket teams to ensure full product lifecycle support.
Conduct market analysis and competitive research to guide product decisions and uncover new growth opportunities.
Ensure deep understanding of customer needs and translate those into actionable product features and improvements.
Oversee the full product development lifecycle—from concept and design through testing, launch, and ongoing support.
Provide leadership and coordination across departments to ensure timely, on-scope project delivery.
Support sales by delivering accurate quoting, Bills of Materials (BOMs), and technical input.
Manage product backlog, set lead times, prioritize orders, and monitor progress to maintain product delivery targets.
Evaluate and maintain appropriate pricing and stocking strategies for both equipment and aftermarket parts.
Implement quality control and testing processes to ensure best-in-class product performance.
Track KPIs and performance metrics to identify opportunities for product improvement.
Communicate updates, releases, and key milestones across internal stakeholders.
Champion innovation in the curing line by collaborating with Engineering and R&D.
Lead and mentor product team members to ensure strong execution and professional development.
Gather user feedback to inform usability and product enhancements.
Ensure all initiatives align with and support the organization’s strategic goals.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Technical, or related field (required).
2+ years of experience in product leadership, product management, or a similar role within a manufacturing or industrial environment.
Strong grasp of product lifecycle and development in a plant-based or industrial setting.
Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive results.
Excellent analytical, communication, and decision-making skills.
Experience conducting market research and using data to inform product direction.

The approximate pay range for this position is $110,000 - $140,000. Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate for the position at the time of posting. Final compensation may vary based on factors including but not limited to background, knowledge, skills, and abilities as well as geographic location of the position.
