Culture & Engagement Associate II

The Culture & Engagement Associate II is responsible for supporting the fundamental administrative and logistic functions of the Culture & Engagement Department including all culture programs and team member experience related activities and operations.

Job Summary

The Culture & Engagement Associate II is responsible for supporting the fundamental administrative and logistic functions of the Culture & Engagement Department including all culture programs and team member experience related activities and operations.

Essential Functions

  • Coordinate all logistics and administrative tasks in support of all Culture & Engagement programs, including:
    • Manage participant enrollment, and facilitator/guest speaker scheduling
    • Coordinate logistics during program sessions to ensure a smooth facilitator/participant experience
      • In-Person session room set-up and clean-up
      • Assist in coordinating materials for and setting up program activities
      • Maintain inventory of training session supplies and re-order as needed
      • Order and arrange for all snacks and meals
      • Virtual session production
      • Serve as the point of contact for vendors and participants to assist with program questions or issues as they arise
    • Track program costs and submit purchase order requisitions for training payments
      • Audit invoices to ensure accuracy
    • Administer and report on participant surveys from Culture & Engagement program offerings to gather feedback on sessions.
  • Maintain all data relevant to Culture & Engagement programs in the Learning Management System, including:
    • Manage tracking of training course attendance in the system
    • Run system reports
  • Monitor and coordinate Culture & Engagement intranet pages, including:
    • Draft Heritage/Identity articles as needed
    • Update intranet page content and design
  • Monitor and coordinate Culture & Engagement email account, calendar, and respond in a timely and appropriate manner
  • Collaborate with the Marketing & Communications team for timely production of Culture & Engagement communication and additional design support

Qualifications

  • Minimum Qualifications:
    • 2 Years – Experience in coordination, administration or related field
    • 2 Years – Experience working in a fast paced environment

Education

  • Minimum Required: 
    • Associate's Degree in related field
  • Preferred: 
    • Bachelor's Degree in related field

Typical Compensation Range

Pay Rate Type: Hourly

$23.58 - $31.24 / Hourly

Our new HQ in Diamond Bar, CA is perfectly located off the 57 and 60 between Los Angeles, the Inland Empire, and Orange County. We have plenty of natural light and great food options to suit everyone. We have a branch of the LA County Library and the Diamond Bar City Hall in the same complex.
