Job Responsibilities:
Gestión y Coordinación de Infraestructura de TI

• Coordinar la administración de los servidores, recursos compartidos y servicios de TI de la compañía.
• Asegurar la disponibilidad, integridad y seguridad de la información y de la infraestructura tecnológica.
• Supervisar el monitoreo continuo del desempeño de la infraestructura de TI y coordinar acciones correctivas y preventivas.
• Coordinar el correcto funcionamiento de los UPS del site, IDFs y la infraestructura eléctrica asociada.
• Definir y supervisar la correcta aplicación de actualizaciones, parches de seguridad, firewall, antivirus y controles de ciberseguridad.
• Respaldos y continuidad del negocio.
• Soporte técnico y atención a usuarios.
• Mantenimiento y operación.
• Planeación y gestión de recursos.
• Gestión de activos y licenciamiento.
• Gobernanza, políticas y cumplimiento.
• Sistema de gestión de la calidad y auditorías.
• Liderazgo, desarrollo y mejora continua.
