Purpose Of Position: The Site Coordinator position is a Part-Time Expanded Learning leadership position. The main function is to assist in ensuring the site program is adhering to LACOE, and CDE compliance standards. Responsibilities include managing day-to-day operations, supervising program staff (program leaders, academic support program leader and contracted enrichment instructors), conducting interviews and making hiring recommendations, coaching and observing staff, providing training and guidance to program staff, serving as a role model at all times, conducting student disciplinary investigations, participating in CEG mandatory trainings, organizing and delivering professional development seminars on a site and district level, maintaining positive relationships with all stakeholders, class coverage to maintain the staff to student ratio when necessary, collection, review and approving timesheets, attendance input and monthly audits, maintain accurate records (attendance, suspension, injury, parallel program).
QualificationsMinimum Required Skills, Education/Training & Experience
- At least 1.5yrs as a Celerity Assistant Site Coordinator
- At Least 48 College Credits
- Some overtime may be required
- Must clear TB and Fingerprint Check
Hours:
- Monday – Thursday 1:00pm – 6:15pm; Friday 10:00am – 6:15pm
