Requirements 

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented CRM Specialist with deep expertise in HubSpot to manage, optimize, and scale our B2B customer relationship management strategy. This individual will be responsible for configuring and maintaining the HubSpot CRM platform, creating and managing automation workflows, supporting marketing and sales operations, and providing actionable insights through data analysis and reporting. The ideal candidate is both technical and strategic, with a passion for improving the customer journey and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities 

CRM Administration & Optimization

  • Maintain, configure, and customize HubSpot CRM, including contact records, properties, pipelines, and integrations.
  • Ensure data cleanliness, accuracy, and segmentation across all customer records.
  • Manage user roles, permissions, and team settings to align with business needs.
  • Support marketing and transactional email capabilities

Workflow Automation & Campaign Support

  • Design, implement, and optimize automation workflows for marketing, sales, and service teams.
  • Collaborate with marketing to support email campaigns, lead nurturing, and scoring initiatives.
  • Set up and manage forms, landing pages, and calls-to-action using HubSpot’s CMS tools.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Partner with Client Services, Marketing, Communications, and IT to align CRM strategies with business goals.
  • Train and support users on HubSpot features and best practices.
  • Identify and implement opportunities for process improvement and system enhancements.
What You Bring To Us
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience working with HubSpot CRM in a marketing or sales operations role.
  • Strong understanding of CRM processes, contact lifecycle management, and inbound methodology.
  • Experience with list segmentation, automation, workflows, and data analysis.
  • Knowledge of HubSpot integrations with third-party platforms
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
  • Excellent communication and training capabilities for cross-team collaboration.
Salary Range
$85,000$95,000 USD
