Job Description

Fabletics is looking for a CRM Specialist.

How Do You Fit In?

As the CRM Specialist, you will play a key role in driving lifecycle marketing performance across Email, SMS, and Mobile App. You'll partner closely with the broader CRM team to plan, execute, and analyze campaigns that grow engagement and revenue with a focus on triggered, transactional, and lifecycle programs. You will bring a genuine curiosity for using AI tools to build and improve workflows. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, technically comfortable, and eager to learn the mechanics of a high-volume CRM program.

You will report to the Sr. Manager, CRM and will partner closely with several cross-functional teams (Creative, Data/Analytics, Ops, Brand Marketing).

What you will do:

  • Responsible for coordinating multichannel campaigns (email, SMS, and Mobile App) from concept to successful execution.

  • Pull and organize campaign performance data and help frame insights and recommend next steps/future actions.

  • Use AI tools to build, streamline, and improve day-to-day CRM workflows and bring new ideas for where automation can save time or improve quality.

  • Submit and manage creative tickets/briefs as needed, ensuring assets are accurate, on-brand, and delivered on time.

  • Stay current on CRM/lifecycle marketing trends and best practices, including emerging AI applications in marketing.

What you can bring:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field preferred.

  • 2-4 years of experience in CRM, lifecycle, or email/SMS marketing.

  • Hands-on experience building and QA'ing campaigns in an ESP or lifecycle platform, including triggered and transactional programs.

  • Confidence working with data: proven ability to independently pull, organize, and interpret campaign performance to frame next steps. Advanced Excel/Google Sheets required; Tableau or similar BI tools a plus.

  • AI as your operating system, not a side tool: daily work run through AI (Claude, ChatGPT, or similar), with concrete examples of work made faster or better. Genuinely AI-native candidates, building their own prompts, workflows, and automations, stand out. Depth is rare, so more is better.

  • Strong attention to detail and QA instincts

  • Excellent communication and organizational skills; comfortable managing multiple requests and deadlines at once.

  • Positive, proactive, team-oriented - willing to jump into ad hoc requests and support wherever needed.

  • Ability to work independently while knowing when to escalate.

  • Ideal candidate brings foundational AI literacy, including experience using generative AI tools, and a proactive mindset to experiment with new technologies to drive productivity and innovation.

Where we are:

  • This role will be based in our El Segundo Headquarters

What you need to know about the Los Angeles Tech Scene

Los Angeles is a global leader in entertainment, so it’s no surprise that many of the biggest players in streaming, digital media and game development call the city home. But the city boasts plenty of non-entertainment innovation as well, with tech companies spanning verticals like AI, fintech, e-commerce and biotech. With major universities like Caltech, UCLA, USC and the nearby UC Irvine, the city has a steady supply of top-flight tech and engineering talent — not counting the graduates flocking to Los Angeles from across the world to enjoy its beaches, culture and year-round temperate climate.

Key Facts About Los Angeles Tech

  • Number of Tech Workers: 375,800; 5.5% of overall workforce (2024 CompTIA survey)
  • Major Tech Employers: Snap, Netflix, SpaceX, Disney, Google
  • Key Industries: Artificial intelligence, adtech, media, software, game development
  • Funding Landscape: $11.6 billion in venture capital funding in 2024 (Pitchbook)
  • Notable Investors: Strong Ventures, Fifth Wall, Upfront Ventures, Mucker Capital, Kittyhawk Ventures
  • Research Centers and Universities: California Institute of Technology, UCLA, University of Southern California, UC Irvine, Pepperdine, California Institute for Immunology and Immunotherapy, Center for Quantum Science and Engineering
