About the role and about You:

Are you an experienced CRM expert with a passion for driving customer engagement and retention? At Zwift, we’re seeking a collaborative innovator with a solution-oriented, can-do mindset. In this role, you'll spearhead the planning and launch of dynamic multi-channel CRM campaigns that support our direct-to-consumer (DTC) products, e-commerce initiatives, and subscription services. You’ll take the lead in our mobile messaging strategy and execution, using your experience and mobile best practices to craft automations and user journeys that enhance every stage of the customer lifecycle.

In this role, you will have an immediate impact on evolving our audience strategy, segmentation, and personalization through data-driven creative, experimentation, and testing. You'll also be at the heart of helping our users discover the incredible value Zwift’s products and subscriptions offer, empowering them to fully embrace and delight in their fitness journey with us.

What you’ll do:

  • Collaborate with diverse teams across the organization and manage stakeholders effectively to successfully execute campaigns and achieve business objectives
  • Plan and launch multi-channel CRM campaigns to support marketing initiatives for Zwift’s DTC products, with a focus on our push and in-app marketing channels
  • Guide the development of evergreen lifecycle CRM for all stages of the customer funnel, through journey ideation and automation
  • Help evolve our audience strategy, segmentation, and personalization approach through experimentation and testing
  • Drive customer engagement and retention by identifying/analyzing customer segments and collecting insights based on past behavioral data
  • Partner with Data and Engineering teams to provide ongoing analysis and reporting on campaign performance

What we’re looking for: 

  • 5-7 years of demonstrated experience in lifecycle or growth marketing, including planning and executing global CRM campaigns
  • Strong background in customer conversion, re-engagement, and retention strategies, building multi-channel CRM campaigns and mobile messaging strategies for push notifications, in-app messages, and email
  • Proven ability to analyze campaign results, run A/B tests, and provide actionable insights and recommendations
  • Knowledge of CRM best practices in channel strategy, segmentation, deliverability, creative approaches, compliance, database hygiene, deliverability, and more
  • Excellent communication skills, capable of conveying complex technical concepts to various internal stakeholders, from Engineering and Data to Marketing and Product
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Journalism, related field OR equivalent relevant experience

Bonus points: 

  • Experience working in e-commerce or DTC business, cycling a plus
  • Basic understanding of HTML and CSS sufficient to read and interpret code
  • Familiarity with Iterable and Litmus

For All US Based Full-Time Positions:

The base salary for this position ranges between $84,500 to $135,000. The base salary will be based on a number of factors including the role offered, the individual's job-related knowledge, skills, qualifications, and geographic location. In addition to base salary, Zwift is proud to offer a comprehensive and competitive benefits package for all eligible employees which also includes performance bonuses, equity, and a full range of medical, financial, and other perks and benefits.
