Pay Range: $130K/Yr - $150K/Yr Base

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Credit Risk Strategy Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing credit risk frameworks to optimize the risk and profitability, ensuring the stability of client portfolio.

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Credit Risk Strategy Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing credit risk frameworks to optimize the risk and profitability, ensuring the stability of client portfolio.

Qualifications and Responsibilities:

  • Educational Background: A degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Industry Experience: Minimum of 6 years of experience in credit risk management, with a focus on strategy development. Previous experience of analytics consulting in Banking Domain.
  • Technical Skills: Strong proficiency in SASSQL and Python is essential. Hands-on experience with AWS SageMaker, Snowflake, PowerBI, Looker.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Past experience in statistical analysis and financial modeling.
  • Excellent understanding of credit risk principles, regulatory requirements, and industry best practices.
  • Proven ability to develop and implement effective credit risk strategies.
  • Communication Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels. Leadership experience with a track record of managing and developing high-performing teams.

Qualifications

Graduate in Statistics, Mathematics, Finance, Engineering, or a related field. 6-8 years of experience in credit risk analytics or data analysis.
