The Role:

We’re hiring a Creator Partnerships Manager to lead the strategic management and growth of our top-earning creators. You’ll be the primary relationship owner for a portfolio of creators — a trusted partner who maximizes their earnings, deepens their engagement, and champions their needs across the company.

This role blends high-touch partnership with scalable strategy. You’ll deliver best-in-class support and guidance while working closely with our Brand, Influencer, Product, and Data teams to meet creators’ current and future needs. Above all, you’ll represent the voice of the creator. It’s a great opportunity to join a fast-growing company at a pivotal moment in our growth.

What You'll Do:

  • Own strategic creator partnerships. Manage and grow a portfolio of top-tier influencers and creators, anticipating their needs and building for long-term retention and success.
  • Drive performance and growth. Analyze creator performance data and deliver actionable recommendations to grow earnings. Build reporting and operational resources that support both strategic planning and day-to-day execution.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally. Partner with Brand, Influencer, Product, and Data teams to make sure creator needs are reflected in what we build and how we operate.
  • Be the voice of the creator. Advocate for creators across departments and build feedback loops between creators and Product, ensuring the roadmap solves for real creator pain points.
  • Own retention metrics. Take ownership of the numbers that define success, including monthly active creators, earnings growth, and creator NPS.

What You'll Bring:

  • 4–6 years of experience in customer success, account management, or creator/influencer/partnership roles.
  • A proven track record managing and growing high-profile accounts or creator/influencer or publisher relationships.
  • Working knowledge of affiliate networks, creator platforms, and social platforms.
  • Familiarity with AI and automation tools, and a genuine desire to expand how you use them.
  • Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills — you can influence and guide top-tier accounts.
  • Experience with Mailchimp, HubSpot, Claude, Looker is a plus.

The ideal candidate is:

Relationship-driven

  • Warm and relationship driven, the person creators want to hear from.
  • Builds trust quickly and anticipates creator needs.
  • Balances fierce advocacy for the creator with what’s right for the business.

Fiercely Independent

  • Entrepreneurial, and eager to grow within the role and the company.
  • An effective communicator in a remote environment, comfortable working independently with minimal supervision.
  • Thrives in a fast-paced startup and enjoys wearing many hats.
  • Brings mature, measured judgment and solves problems on your own.

Goals-driven

  • Deadline-driven and composed under pressure.
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
  • Analytical, and energized by reaching and exceeding revenue goals.
  • Fluent in KPIs and the business metrics that measure success.
  • Always spotting new opportunities and new brands to connect with.

A Fast Learner

  • Genuinely interested in digital marketing and e-commerce, and up to speed on the latest trends.
  • Comfortable with, and excited by, new and emerging technology and media channels.

Compensation:

Our overall compensation and rewards package includes base pay, bonus or commission, and a variety of benefits. Base pay is determined within a range that allows you the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role.  The anticipated annualized salary range for this role is $80,000-$100,000 (this range may be modified in the future based on changing market conditions).  Your initial base pay will be determined based on several factors, including demonstrated skills, relevant education or training, experience, qualifications, travel requirements, and job location.

What you need to know about the Los Angeles Tech Scene

Los Angeles is a global leader in entertainment, so it’s no surprise that many of the biggest players in streaming, digital media and game development call the city home. But the city boasts plenty of non-entertainment innovation as well, with tech companies spanning verticals like AI, fintech, e-commerce and biotech. With major universities like Caltech, UCLA, USC and the nearby UC Irvine, the city has a steady supply of top-flight tech and engineering talent — not counting the graduates flocking to Los Angeles from across the world to enjoy its beaches, culture and year-round temperate climate.

Key Facts About Los Angeles Tech

  • Number of Tech Workers: 375,800; 5.5% of overall workforce (2024 CompTIA survey)
  • Major Tech Employers: Snap, Netflix, SpaceX, Disney, Google
  • Key Industries: Artificial intelligence, adtech, media, software, game development
  • Funding Landscape: $11.6 billion in venture capital funding in 2024 (Pitchbook)
  • Notable Investors: Strong Ventures, Fifth Wall, Upfront Ventures, Mucker Capital, Kittyhawk Ventures
  • Research Centers and Universities: California Institute of Technology, UCLA, University of Southern California, UC Irvine, Pepperdine, California Institute for Immunology and Immunotherapy, Center for Quantum Science and Engineering
