Role Overview

The Creator Partnerships Manager owns all internal creator relationships across our TikTok Shop ecosystem. You will manage day-to-day communications, content deliverables, onboarding, performance evaluation, incentives, and relationship growth for hundreds of creators within our internal programs.
You are the bridge between creators and campaign execution — ensuring they are engaged, supported, and driving measurable GMV for our brands.
This is a full-time North America–based role requiring strong communication skills, relationship-building, operational discipline, and a performance-first mindset.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee and manage all internal creator relationships, ensuring strong communication, alignment, and performance.
  • Monitor creator deliverables daily — content submissions, posting cadence, deadlines, and GMV results.
  • Approve and onboard new creator partnerships, maintaining a clean and high-performing creator roster.
  • Collaborate with the Campaign Manager to align creators with key events, flash sales, and Mega Sale Days.
  • Monitor creator performance KPIs, identifying top performers, declining performers, and creators needing coaching.
  • Partner closely with the Community Manager to nurture creator engagement inside Discord.
  • Run weekly performance reviews and maintain an organized creator CRM.
  • Develop incentive programs (samples, commissions, early access) to drive higher output and GMV.
  • Ensure creators understand brand messaging, expectations, and best practices for content success.
  • Keep creator data clean and current (shop handle, content niche, commission eligibility, onboarding status).
  • Act as the internal escalation point for creator issues, content conflicts, or performance drops

  • Launch an improved onboarding flow and engagement strategy in Discord.

  • Increase creator output and weekly GMV through improved communication and incentives.
  • Build a reliable partnership ecosystem with strong creator retention.
  • Implement a scalable partnership framework aligned with campaign goals
Required Skills & QualificationsMust-Have
  • 2–4+ years of experience in creator management, influencer partnerships, talent relations, or social commerce
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Experience managing multiple stakeholders in a fast-paced environment
  • Familiarity with TikTok creator ecosystems, affiliate programs, or UGC workflows
  • Organized, structured, and comfortable working with reporting tools
  • High ownership mindset — proactive, fast, and solutions-driven
     
Nice-to-Have
  • Experience with TikTok Shop or other marketplace affiliate programs
  • Background in content creation, campaign management, or community management
  • Understanding of performance metrics (CTR, CVR, GMV, conversions)
  • Familiarity with Discord or community-driven ecosystem
