Anduril Industries is a defense technology company with a mission to transform U.S. and allied military capabilities with advanced technology. By bringing the expertise, technology, and business model of the 21st century’s most innovative companies to the defense industry, Anduril is changing how military systems are designed, built and sold. Anduril’s family of systems is powered by Lattice OS, an AI-powered operating system that turns thousands of data streams into a realtime, 3D command and control center. As the world enters an era of strategic competition, Anduril is committed to bringing cutting-edge autonomy, AI, computer vision, sensor fusion, and networking technology to the military in months, not years.
The mission of Anduril’s Air Dominance and Strike Division is to fundamentally reshape the way future peer to peer conflicts are fought by developing next generation collaborative combat aircraft, advanced effects, and the software that powers these autonomous weapons. The Chief of Staff, AD&S is the connective tissue between the SVP of AD&S, the broader executive team, and the rest of the company. - Governance Structure: Own and drive business rhythm for the AD&S team, including quarterly QBRs, strategic planning, internal business reviews, and team communications
- Stakeholder Management: Represent the SVP, AD&S in internal forums, ensuring that communication is aligned, timely, and driving the desired outcomes with the broader AD&S team and Anduril leadership

- Demonstrated success in Chief of Staff or Chief Operating Officer-like roles supporting senior executives
- Exceptional communication and executive writing skills with the ability to synthesize complex ideas into clear, actionable insights
