POSITION SUMMARY

The Creative Services Coordinator is responsible for the coordination and support of end-to-end project management for the Angel City FC Content Team’s video, photo, and design deliverables. The Content Team mainly provides creative and production services for all organizational needs. This role requires strong organizational skills, a background in creative production, and the ability to work in a collaborative and fast-paced environment. 

The Creative Services Coordinator will report directly to the Senior Director of Content, support the Sr. Creative Director, and work closely with several internal departments and some third-party vendors/contractors. Within our organization, there will be the opportunity to grow in the production management space within professional sports.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Provide a high level of organization and follow through with all tasks. 
  • Intake, process, and track content requests, timelines, production, feedback, and delivery. 
  • Work closely with department leadership to align on assignments, priorities, and achieve department goals.
  • Assess incoming requests, and ensure direction is clear and within the scope of available resources–analyze what is missing and proactively gather information as needed. 
  • Facilitate, book, and run project meetings.
  • Ensure final deliverables are fully met based on initial request and/or briefs. 
  • Be a communication bridge between the Content team and project stakeholders, gathering stakeholder feedback and reporting back to production staff.  
  • Update and keep track of team resource documents and reference materials. 
  • Assist department leadership on management of big campaigns. 


REQUIREMENTS

  • Exceptional organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to multi-task, while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Superb communication and collaboration skills. Ability to quickly adapt and pivot. 
  • General understanding of graphic design and video editing workflows, in order to analyze and determine project needs and timelines. 
  • Proficiency in project management software tools. Bonus points for Asana.
  • Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite, media management software, and Google Workspace.
  • Experience working with creative teams or with agencies.

  • Ability to work flexible days/hours–games and events often happen on the weekends and at night.

COMPENSATION

In addition to the benefits above, this role has a variable compensation between $70,000 and $75,000 annually.
