What you will do at VeSync:

Project & Workflow Management:
• Define project scope, set timelines, assign tasks, and track progress using Monday.com.
• Manage creative and marketing projects, ensuring on-time delivery and adherence to quality standards and stakeholder expectations.
• Align with global teams (Product, Packaging, Amazon, IoT) and marketing teams on processes and timelines to support GTM campaigns, product development, retail launches, and marketing deliverables.
• Optimize workflows in Monday.com by implementing automation, templates, structured data points, and reporting enhancements.
• Manage resource allocation by ensuring the right designers, writers, and creative assets are efficiently assigned and utilized.

Traffic & Resource Management:
• Oversee detailed workflows by managing day-to-day task assignments, dependencies, and deliverables for both creative and marketing projects.
• Enhance team productivity by balancing workloads, preventing burnout, and reducing inefficiencies.
• Support existing project managers by handling granular execution, allowing them to focus on big-picture timelines and strategic planning.

Stakeholder Communication & Coordination:
• Serve as the primary point of contact for project requestors, including marketing stakeholders, ensuring clear and proactive communication.
• Assess project scope, gather necessary details, and maintain proper documentation via Monday.com and email.
• Keep stakeholders and creative team members informed of key updates, project adjustments, and changes in scope.
• Collaborate with team managers to oversee workload distribution across Content Writing, Creative Design, and Media Production departments.

Marketing Project Collaboration:
• Partner with marketing teams to define project objectives, deliverables, and success metrics.
• Coordinate marketing campaign timelines, ensuring alignment between creative outputs and campaign milestones.

Process Improvement & KPI Tracking:
• Identify inefficiencies in project management workflows and implement improvements.
• Create and maintain KPI tracking systems to measure creative and marketing team performance and optimize processes.
• Develop structured parameters for KPI calculations, ensuring accuracy and relevance.

What you bring to the role:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience; PMP certification is a plus.
  • 3–5 years of experience in project or program management, with a strong understanding of project management principles.
  • Experience working with internal service teams and managing creative or marketing projects (design, content, media production).
  • Proficiency in project management software; Monday.com experience preferred.
  • Strong collaboration experience with product development, sales, and marketing teams.
  • Ability to collect, analyze, and present large datasets to support decision-making.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365, especially Excel for data analysis.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written).
  • Problem-solving mindset with the ability to strategize creative workflow solutions.
  • Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and highly collaborative.
  • Strong leadership, decision-making, and time-management skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • A strong sense of ownership and accountability.

  • Starting at $80K
