About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced and driven Project Manager to join our growing team. You will be partnering with internal creatives, creative directors, and coordinators to lead effective creative campaigns for Tubi Originals and spearhead cross-functional creative initiatives. This will include deliverables such as key art / product artwork, trailers, promos, social assets, etc for Tubi Originals titles within the Tubi consumer experience. The right fit for this role will be someone who has 5+ years of entertainment project management experience in a fast paced agency or client environment. The ideal candidate is proactive with excellent communication skills who loves to collaborate with their team and give/receive constructive feedback.

This is a hybrid role based out of our Los Angeles office. You must be willing to travel to our Los Angeles office 3 days/week.

What You'll Do:

  • Lead the planning, production, and delivery of end-to-end, multi channel marketing campaigns for Tubi Originals, ensuring all creative assets are delivered on time, on budget, and at the highest quality standards.
  • Act as the primary liaison for assigned projects, working closely with teams across Content, Marketing, Sales, Operations, and Legal. Understand stakeholder goals, align timelines with key milestones, and proactively anticipate needs before they arise.
  • Manage the creation, review, and final delivery of all campaign materials. Track feedback across rounds to ensure all notes are addressed, and confirm that final deliverables meet brand guidelines, creative intent, and technical specifications.
  • Own the legal, stakeholder, and clearance processes, ensuring every asset has the appropriate approvals prior to launch. Maintain impeccable documentation throughout the process.
  • Partner with coordinators to ensure all necessary assets are received and organized properly. Uphold best practices for digital file management and campaign documentation.
  • Manage budgets across multiple projects simultaneously, monitor spend, and negotiate with vendors as needed to maintain efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
  • Conduct project status meetings and distribute daily priorities to the creative team. Communicate clearly, confidently, and consistently across all levels of the organization to drive alignment and accountability.
  • Collaborate with fellow Project Managers, the Director of Creative Operations, and the Senior Creative Director to refine workflows, implement process improvements, and establish best practices that enhance creative output and efficiency.
  • Bring a deep understanding of the creative process, from concept development to delivery, across video (trailers, promos, house ads/on-air spots), digital (product/growth marketing/crm), print, and social platforms. Remain adaptable to shifting priorities while maintaining composure, focus, and responsibility for outcomes.

Your Background:

  • 5+ years of experience managing complex creative campaigns, ideally within an entertainment company, creative studio, or agency environment.
  • Proven track record leading end-to-end creative processes for Originals, title marketing, or large-scale entertainment campaigns.
  • Strong understanding of end-to-end, multi channel campaign development and creative production workflows.
  • Proficiency in Airtable, Google Workspace, Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and FrameIO.
  • Familiarity with AI tools and emerging technologies that optimize creative operations.
  • Exceptional skills in communication, organization, presentation, and time management.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects, budgets, and resources simultaneously.
  • Collaborative, detail-oriented, and highly accountable, with the ability to thrive under tight deadlines.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
  • A true passion for film, television, and entertainment, with an appreciation for compelling storytelling.

What you need to know about the Los Angeles Tech Scene

Los Angeles is a global leader in entertainment, so it’s no surprise that many of the biggest players in streaming, digital media and game development call the city home. But the city boasts plenty of non-entertainment innovation as well, with tech companies spanning verticals like AI, fintech, e-commerce and biotech. With major universities like Caltech, UCLA, USC and the nearby UC Irvine, the city has a steady supply of top-flight tech and engineering talent — not counting the graduates flocking to Los Angeles from across the world to enjoy its beaches, culture and year-round temperate climate.

Key Facts About Los Angeles Tech

  • Number of Tech Workers: 375,800; 5.5% of overall workforce (2024 CompTIA survey)
  • Major Tech Employers: Snap, Netflix, SpaceX, Disney, Google
  • Key Industries: Artificial intelligence, adtech, media, software, game development
  • Funding Landscape: $11.6 billion in venture capital funding in 2024 (Pitchbook)
  • Notable Investors: Strong Ventures, Fifth Wall, Upfront Ventures, Mucker Capital, Kittyhawk Ventures
  • Research Centers and Universities: California Institute of Technology, UCLA, University of Southern California, UC Irvine, Pepperdine, California Institute for Immunology and Immunotherapy, Center for Quantum Science and Engineering
