Creative Project Manager

Overview:

We are seeking a talented and experienced Creative Project Manager to join our team. This role is crucial in managing the workflow for graphics, videos, digital marketing, and advertising projects. The ideal candidate will be a strong communicator, adept at bridging the gap between the digital marketing, brand marketing, sales and other  stakeholders while efficiently managing team schedules, and timelines. 

Responsibilities: 

• Oversee and coordinate multiple projects simultaneously, including animated graphics, videos, and digital advertising campaigns
• Manage project timelines, resources, and budgets to ensure on-time and on-budget delivery
• Facilitate communication between leadership, creative teams, and other departments to ensure alignment on project goals and expectations
• Manage intake of creative briefs & assignment to graphics agency
• Partner with Art Director and outside production agencies to bring photo and video shoots through execution
• Develop and maintain project schedules, identifying potential bottlenecks and proposing solutions
• Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure timely delivery of assets and materials
• Monitor project progress and provide regular status updates to internal team leaders & external stakeholders
• Ensure all deliverables meet BELLA+CANVAS’ high standards for quality and brand consistency
• Manage resource allocation and workload distribution within the creative team
• Implement and maintain project management tools and processes to improve efficiency

Qualifications: 

• 5 years of creative project management or a similar role
• Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite
• Creative and analytically minded
• Able to work on your own and as part of a team
• Organized and able to work to deadlines 
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
• Experience with budgeting and financial reporting
• Experience with asana or other project management platforms
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with a keen eye for detail
• Proficiency in project management tools and software for scheduling and task management
• A proactive and adaptable approach to problem-solving in a fast-paced environment
• A passion for creativity and an understanding of the creative process
• Experience in fashion industry

The base salary range for this position is $95,000 - $110,000 per year which represents the current range for the base salary for this exempt position. Please note that actual salaries will vary based on factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance. As such, on occasion and when applicable, there is the possibility that the final, agreed-upon base salary may be outside of the upper end of the range. Please also note the range listed is just one component of the company’s total rewards package for exempt employees. Other rewards may include performance bonuses, long term incentives, a PTO policy, and many other progressive benefits.
