Your impact
● Provide accurate estimates for small projects.
● Regularly review project management software to ensure tasks are completed, quality-
checked, and closed out.
● Collaborate with internal teams to achieve campaign objectives.
● Participate in client calls, meetings, and brainstorming sessions.
● Communicate client campaign objectives and manage internal communications for asset
development.
● Ensure all creative assets adhere to campaign aesthetics, specifications, and client
brand guidelines.
● Download, label, and appropriately upload video and photo files as required.
● Maintain a high level of attention to detail in all aspects of project management.
Your experience
● Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships with internal and external
stakeholders.
● Excellent organizational and time management skills.
● Ability to multi-task and juggle competing priorities effectively.
● Proficiency in project management software. Experience with Monday.com and Google
sheets is a plus.
