About the Role

As an Associate Software Engineer, you will work closely with a talented team of engineers and mentors to design, develop, and deploy features that drive our platform forward. You’ll have the opportunity to learn and grow in a collaborative environment while contributing to real-world projects. This role is ideal for those eager to learn, who have a passion for coding, and are excited about building scalable applications.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with a team to develop and maintain full-stack applications, focusing on scalability, performance, and usability.
  • Leverage AI tooling and workflows to increase productivity and improve the development experience.
  • Participate in code reviews and contribute to team-wide best practices.
  • Work closely with Product and Design teams to understand requirements and implement solutions that meet business needs.
  • Debug and troubleshoot software issues in real-time, ensuring high-quality standards.
  • Learn and grow your skills by working with experienced developers and adopting new tools and technologies.
Our Tech Stack

While experience with our tech stack is not required, candidates should be eager to learn and work with the following:

  • Backend: C# and .NET
  • Database: PostgreSQL
  • Frontend: Next.js (React)
What We’re Looking For

Required

  • 0–3 years of experience in software engineering, coding, or development.
  • Experience with or interest in full-stack development (frontend, backend, database).
  • Hands-on with AI-based coding systems such as Claude Code, Codex, Cursor, etc.
  • Solid understanding of at least one programming language (C#, JavaScript, Python, Java, etc.).
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
  • A passion for learning new technologies, coding standards, and agile methodologies.
  • Good communication skills, with the ability to articulate ideas clearly and work in a team-oriented environment.

Nice to Have

  • Exposure to C#, .NET, PostgreSQL, Next.js, or other related technologies.
  • Familiarity with RESTful APIs, microservices architecture, and version control systems like Git.

Compensation
  • Base Salary: $105,000 (Plus 5% Company Bonus)
