About the Internship
As a Production Assistant for the creative department, your role is instrumental in facilitating successful shoots and maintaining studio organization. You will collaborate closely with the creative team to ensure seamless productions, assisting in the setup of sets, managing equipment, and coordinating logistics. This role reports to our Producer.
Qualifications
Daily upkeep, cleanliness, and studio preparedness of all studio sets
Build and strike photo/video sets
Maintain the physical organization of all items in the studios to provide a clutter free environment
Ensures adherence and quality control to all production processes and safety standards
Works closely with staff to maintain delivery of approved creative assets
Perform basic set building duties: painting, prepping of larger surfaces, and installation of set pieces
Oversee, track and report studio specific expenses and invoices
Coordinate with Producers and Art Directors on visual set components, creative direction and production requirements
Load and unload merchandise, props, and equipment between studio/photo locations
Drive a truck or van (requires no special license), and personal vehicle to multiple destinations
Perform additional duties and errands as assigned by creative team
Help other teams and departments as needed (HR, Sample, etc.)
This internship is non-paid and caters to academic credit.
