Duties/Responsibilities - Creative Strategy & Execution:

  • Lead the creation of performance ads and brand collateral that convert to client revenue growth.
  • Utilize data, research, and creative insights to formulate effective creative strategies.
  • Perform consumer, product, and competitor research to inform creative decisions.
  • Collaborate closely with the Creative Director, Editors, Designers, and Clients to produce impactful video and static ads.
  • Write scripts and copy for video and static image ads.
  • Ensure visuals align with the outlined creative strategy.
  • Provide and execute feedback from key stakeholders to enhance creative output.
  • Analyze creative test results and iterate to improve effectiveness.
  • Stay current on social media trends and apply this knowledge to creative strategies.
  • Manage strategic monthly creative account planning for assigned clients.
  • Identify top-performing concepts within accounts using data and creative analysis.
  • Identify effective concepts and trends in the social media ecosystem.
  • Generate and brainstorm unconventional and innovative sketch ideas, including writing unique and engaging scripts and copy, to ensure creative concepts stand out and resonate with target audiences

Duties/Responsibilities - Project & Client Management:

  • Serve as the day-to-day client creative lead, championing brand values and ensuring creative outputs align with client objectives.
  • Understand ad product benefits, capabilities, and features to translate them into creative recommendations and best practices.
  • Prepare weekly updates, attend, and participate in client sync meetings.
  • Onboard new creative clients, manage their assets, and facilitate asset delivery and feedback loops.
  • Track deliverables and timelines to ensure consistent quality in content creation.
  • Oversee influencer campaign execution, ensuring alignment with client goals and brand voice.
  • Manage sourcing, briefing, and administration of UGC creators, ensuring content creation aligns with client timelines and approvals.
  • Maintain a positive, collaborative relationship with all stakeholders while managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

Duties/Responsibilities - Production & Logistics:

  • Assist in logistical tasks, including ordering supplies, invoicing, and asset management.
  • Serve as a production assistant on shoot days, ensuring smooth operations and coordination.
  • Support the creative team in setting up and breaking down shooting environments and managing digital assets.
  • Participate in quality assurance processes, reviewing content for consistency with brand guidelines and creative vision.

Required Skills/Abilities:

  • Thrive in a fully in-office setting, fostering collaboration and seamless communication with the creative team.
  • Passion for staying up to date on social and digital marketing trends.
  • Strong understanding of creative strategy, branding, and performance marketing.
  • Proficiency in video production, scriptwriting, and content development.
  • Experience managing influencer and UGC creator relationships.
  • Ability to analyze performance data and adjust creative strategies accordingly.
  • Strong communication and project management skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  • Familiarity with social media trends and digital marketing best practices.
  • Experience with creative tools such as Adobe Creative Suite and Sony cameras are a plus.

Physical Requirements:

  • Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
  • Ability to assist with physical tasks related to content production, such as setting up equipment or managing on-set logistics.
