JOB DESCRIPTION

FOX One is seeking a Creative Director to support and evolve the FOX One brand across its full consumer ecosystem. This role sits within the Brand & Creative team and reports to the Head of Brand & Creative. The Creative Director will work cross-functionally with internal stakeholders, as well as external creative agencies, to ensure the FOX One visual identity is consistently applied and effectively expressed across all consumer-facing touchpoints.

This role is focused on brand stewardship, visual system leadership, and cross-platform alignment. The Creative Director will serve as a key connector between external agency partners and FOX’s internal design studio, ensuring creative alignment, brand integrity, and cohesive execution across marketing, owned and operated platforms, in-app experiences, and merchandising.

A SNAPSHOT OF YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Partner with the Head of Brand & Creative to steward, evolve, and operationalize the FOX One brand visual system across the FOX One ecosystem.

  • Serve as the primary creative liaison between external creative agencies and the internal Design Studio, aligning on brand standards, creative direction, and executional quality.

  • Ensure consistent and cohesive brand expression across consumer-facing marketing, owned and operated platforms, in-app experiences, and merchandising

  • Provide creative direction, reviews, and feedback to internal teams and agency partners to ensure all work meets FOX One brand standards and FOX quality expectations.

  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Brand, Marketing, Growth, Product, UX, Engineering, and Operations partners to translate brand strategy into scalable creative frameworks and guidelines.

  • Support the development and maintenance of brand guidelines, visual frameworks, and design systems in partnership with Product and UX teams.

  • Review and guide high-impact creative work across campaigns, O&O platforms, device marketing, in-app merchandising, and partner executions.

  • Enable brand linkage across FOX One initiatives by ensuring visual and narrative continuity across channels and platforms.

  • Contribute to planning discussions by providing brand-focused creative input informed by audience insights and business objectives.

  • Monitor creative quality, brand compliance, and consistency across touchpoints, escalating risks or gaps as needed.

  • Stay current on industry trends, platform changes, and design best practices to inform the ongoing evolution of the FOX One brand.

WHAT YOU WILL NEED

  • 10+ years of experience in creative leadership, preferably in digital marketing.

  • Proven ability to lead teams, delivering high quality, on brand creative work.

  • Strong narrative, visual storytelling, and storyboarding skills to create engaging, cohesive campaigns across platforms.

  • Excellent presentation skills to effectively communicate creative concepts to senior leadership and cross functional teams.

  • Hands on approach with the ability to balance strategic thinking and execution.

  • Strong collaboration skills, aligning creative work with marketing and product strategies.

  • Experienced in coaching, mentoring, and developing creative talent.

  • Proficient in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and other industry standard design tools.

  • Experience using AI and automation tools to streamline creative workflows, generate variations,

  • and support personalization at scale.

  • Ability to adapt to fast paced environments and stay ahead of creative trends.

  • Strong interest in sports and sports culture is a strong plus, with the ability to translate live events, storylines, and fan behavior into compelling creative experiences. 

  • Regular, on-site attendance at the workplace a minimum of 3 days per week is an essential function of the position. Selected candidate must be able to reliably meet this requirement.

Pursuant to state and local pay disclosure requirements, the pay rate/range for this role, with final offer amount dependent on education, skills, experience, and location is $160,000.00-210,000.00 annually. This role is also eligible for various benefits, including medical/dental/vision, insurance, a 401(k) plan, paid time off, and other benefits in accordance with applicable plan documents. Benefits for Union represented employees will be in accordance with the applicable collective bargaining agreement.
