What You’ll Do:

To accelerate our momentum, we’re seeking a Creative Director to own the vision and lead integrated marketing creative efforts from concept through execution, with a particular focus on art direction. We’re looking for someone who brings not just design expertise, but vision: a strategic and agile thinker who can balance long-term brand building with the need for fast, high quality execution in a fast paced environment. This role requires someone who can both direct and execute, setting a high creative bar while ensuring ideas are delivered with speed and impact. You will thrive on clarity and collaboration, crafting creative that communicate the company’s values and philosophies while inspiring internal and external audiences alike.

  • Lead integrated marketing creative from concept to delivery with a focus on art direction
  • Partner with freelancers, agencies, and cross functional teams to provide clear guidance and scalable creative solutions
  • Balance speed and thoughtfulness, executing quickly when needed while championing creative that supports the brand’s long term vision
  • Both direct and produce creative work, ensuring quality execution alongside strategic leadership
  • Craft campaigns and visuals that authentically communicate the company’s value and philosophies
  • Foster a respectful, collaborative, and productive environment across brand and product marketing teams

Who You Are:

  • 6–10 years of experience with broad cross-discipline knowledge (digital, print, SaaS, experiential, and more)
  • Portfolio that demonstrates best-in-class campaign work and a thoughtful creative approach
  • Skilled at presenting designs to executives, explaining decisions with clarity and confidence
  • Able to create original assets while guiding agency and freelance partners to deliver on brand
  • Strong conceptual and brainstorming abilities, with a track record of elevating ideas into campaigns
  • Experienced in collaborating with Product Marketing, translating insights and strategy into creative solutions
  • Provides clear, constructive critiques that raise the quality of work across teams
  • Exceptional communication, leadership, and decision-making skills
  • Thrives in fast-paced environments, balancing hands-on execution with big-picture vision
  • Proficiency in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite and Google Suite

In compliance with local law, we are disclosing the compensation, or a range thereof, for roles that will be performed in Culver City. Actual salaries will vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. A reasonable estimate of the current pay range is: $150K-$170K salary per year. The range listed is just one component of Spotter’s total compensation package for employees. Other rewards may include an annual discretionary bonus and equity.
